I like how this allows airflow but acts as a 'door' to block the view. Beautifully made, fit the opening, and is heavier than expected (high quality imho). It is extra long so I knotted the bottoms to fit my doorframe and trimmed it. This is a beautiful 'curtain' that I used in a doorframe and was sold for a ridiculously low price for the quality! Excellent value.

Great curtain!! This is a really nice quality macrame curtain. I am a teacher and have this hanging in my doorway. It is so pretty! It is all one big piece, so you’ll have to find a tie back if you want it partially open. I have a thin tension rod through the top. It is a heavy curtain, and so was worried about the tension rod holding it, but it works fine. Please disregard the circus banner with it, that will be taken down after we have our Meet the Teacher. Also, it was a little long, so, I tied additional knots on each string. I absolutely love it. It is way cheaper than some macrame curtains can be. I got it on sale for around $38. Great price.

I read reviews and absolutely love the good ones and also the one with being a safety hazard I blew it and bought it anyways but now I know if you have Kids PLEASE PLEASE do not out this somewhere where they run or pass through the stings sometimes get nodded together & my son went through them to go to the kitchen and they were nodded from the bottom and chocked him so hard that picked that it burned his neck, thank god we have it on video because it looked like someone had harmed him and honestly as much as I love them they are better for pic props or against the wall but for walking through them it is such a safety hazard as an adult I know to use my hands to open them to go through but kids don’t know better and ever explaining them sometimes they forget and my sons injuries from getting caught on them looked bad. Definitely beautiful work but if you have kids this is definitely a no for door ways. Unless they are older to underStand to always use hands first to go through..

Used these as a closet “curtain” for a coastal-themed bedroom and they look amazing. Only thing is it was interesting figuring out how to hang them. They have long yarn pieces that look like you can tie them on something but what I did was run a tension curtain rod through some of the top loops of the macrame like you would a shower curtain. I was careful not to pull too much, as that can affect the rest of the design, but I wasn’t psyched about having to make loops bigger to hang it. However, that was to fit my needs so the hanging ties would probably work fine for someone else. But I love them and even my husband, who thought they would look stupid, loves the way they look in our guest room. Oh and they have a funky smell when they come out of the package, like they’ve been in an old attic for years, but once they air out after a few days it’s fine.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose these curtains because they were wider and longer than the others listed. They are heavy and well made. I wanted something to cover the garage wall-and I think they do a great job of it!

Perfect. Using it for my doorway to my bathroom sink in my master room.

I bought this in hopes that it would conceal the view of whoever was coming out of the bathroom at the top of the steps. It does the job if the bathroom light is off. Otherwise, you can still get an eye full of anyone coming out of the shower. But....I love how pretty it is! It adds so much to the living room. So, yes, if towels slip you still gotta yell "Don't look! I'm nakey!" We all have to make sacrifices sometimes.... Oh and the cats love it too. It's pretty sturdy. They haven't managed to tear it up yet. (Knock on wood)

I bought these curtains to use in place of my closet doors. My original situation made it difficult to access my entire closet, so these curtains were just what I needed. They work wonderfully for their intended purpose and I have no complaints about their quality. However, the two curtains did come at slightly different lengths, and the knots near the top vary considerably between the two. I understand that each piece is individually made and so differences are prone to occur, and this error didn’t turn me away from using them, but it is something to note for future buyers.
