Maybe the perfect toilet
I’ve had this installed for a couple of months now and am quite happy with it. Installation was easy. The unit has a lot of features, really all the features you could imagine wanting in a toilet, and is nonetheless easy to use with the control unit mounted on a nearby wall. Basically it’s beautiful, comfortable, easy to use, and very convenient. It’s expensive but worth it in my opinion.

CLEANING
I love toilet! But it has a big design flaw, the seat has a gap between the top and bottom of the seat. All kinds of matter gather in the gap. Very unsanitary! So sorry for the graphic pics.

every time we use it at our home we feel like if Poseidon himself comes from the depths of the ocean to clean our bottoms and give us a kiss

Installation not typical, pressure not as good as my toilet seat I bought for another toilet.
Installation not easy at all as it is offset. I have in floor heat so it was a challenge to install and drill through my new floor without destroying my floor heat. On the phone tech support said I should take off the ADA ring but now it is way too low. Way too many issues imo for a high end bathroom and toilet. Lastly, the pressure is quite low. My inexpensive toilet seat I bought for another toilet is more powerful and cleans better imo.

Check support in your area
I have two of these. In one, the heated seat stopped working. It's somewhat difficult, but a new one can be installed in about an hour. In the other, the flush became very weak and intermittent. I have purchased a board from Kohler (about $82), but don't have it working yet. There are a lot of electrical connections that have to be worked with. I'd suggest verifying that a plumber in your area will work on them before purchasing.

Expensive,,,.and worth it
Is this an expensive toilet… Yes. Does it do everything it claims it does… Absolutely. I could not be more satisfied. I did not install it myself but I had it installed during the remodel. And it is phenomenal.

I bought it for myself but my husband loves it too. Plumber had a hard time installing it.

Too loud
It is so loud, it is embarrassing!! So loud, you can hear the flushing noise from several rooms away.
