My go to creatine powder. Good size for the price. No flavor or smell, so you can mix it with any protein powder or preworkout and mixes very well into water. Noticeable difference in energy on days after a rough night sleep.

Simply mix this in with your favorite whey and you are good to go all other creatine products out There are granular so if you like chewing on granules go that way, but if you’d like to get smooth, clean creatine come on over to the BSN side.

I have used several different brands of creatine over the years, and the BSN is the finest powder of those I have tried. Most recently I had used Optimum Nutrition, which uses Creapure(R) creatine. The ON creatine powder was like a fine grain sand. I could get it to suspend in water, but it wouldn't dissolve and was always gritty. Keep in mind that creatine has relatively poor solubility and most creatine powders behave this way. The texture of the BSN creatine is more similiar to powdered sugar. These smaller particles will dissolve in water, which makes it more appealing to drink. I beleive this would also result in faster and more complete uptake of the creatine. The flavor of the creatine is neutral and would easily blend with other drinks or supplements. The price point is also very good, especially for a creatine of this quality. Highly recommended.
