Delightful dried pears
These are chewy, not overly dry. They have a good flavor and texture.

Can't stop eating them
I don't often leave reviews but I just had to with these. I will start off by saying these are DANGEROUSLY delicious. The serving size is 1/4 cup, which I'm guessing is like three or four sections. If I wasn't careful I could easily eat a pound of these a day. They taste amazing room temperature or cold, and I will soon drop a slice into a cup of hot tea to see what that tastes like too. I got the 5LB box and it arrived in perfect condition. Also, be mindful that each serving is like 6g of fiber so if you're like me and eat way more than the recommended serving size...yeah...

Poor Packaging
Happy with the pears; however, the bag containing the pears was not tied/sealed shut and was face down in the shipping box. Upon lifting the bag out, several of the pears spilled from the bag into the box. Would appreciate if Traina would properly secure the bag shut to prevent spillage and help with maintaining freshness.

Gave me diarrhea
Tasted delicious. Sadly the amount of sulfur on the product gave me diarrhea off and on for several days and an egg (sulfur) taste in my mouth after eating them. Is there a way to wash these dried pears to remove the sulfur?

Sweet, light dried pear slices.
My first time ordering dried pears, & I love them. It’s a lighter, delicate flavor, huge pear slices, & I’m so pleased I took a chance on them. Wonderful product!

Too much sulphur gas!
The product has so much sulphur (SO2) gas that it overwhelms you upon opening and eating. It made me sneeze and ruins the overall flavor and enjoyment. I have ordered dried fruits from this company (Traina) before and not had that experience. After a month passed I was hopeful that the sulphur would have dissipated, but not yet. Not sure if I will ever be able to eat these before they get too dry. Please back off the sulphur.
