Comes with everything you need, including tape of the size ordered to inflate to the correct size, spare plugs, hand pump and plug puller. Easy enough to inflate, taking about 15 minutes with the hand pump (gave my arms a workout). Comfortable and easy to use - doesnt lose air and the plugs are really secure. I'm 5ft 2 and the 65cm size was perfect.

Feels durable, thick material and great instructions. Hand pump is included! Size seems good for my height (5”6) Inflation takes a while but it’s a good work out haha. Great value for money I think, used a handful of times and will continue to do so.

Supply was prompt and the price great. Appears to do what is expected of it. My only issues are the gabdbpump supplied is not ergonomically designed to be held properly when pumping the ball up. You have to grip the ball and a conical tapered pump with one hand while pumping with the other. So it constantly slips from grip! Additionally, I know the delivery drivers have a large schedule but I was surprised, while sitting in tge front room with the main door just through the wall to get a text ping on my enail saying it had been delivered. We have a loud door bell with obvious push button by the door. No bell, nor discernible tap on the door. Fortunately my car parks across, and just in front of the door step so shielding any passers by from the item when left on the door step. As this was.

Loved using this ball in pregnancy to help with baby positioning and stretching, but it mostly came in handy during my actual labour when sitting on the couch was too uncomfortable, the ball provided a lot of comfort and pain relief and helped me to stay upright and mobile. It’s an absolute must have and this was a great quality too as I’m 5’8 and it supported my pregnant size 14 body fine.

I really like this pregnancy ball. It comes in a nice colour and is suited to your height. I bought the 75cm one, and I must admit it's very big. It took a while to pump it up (and no, we didn't use the provided air pump - I don't think we ever could with it!). However, it's very comfortable and motivates me to do my exercises daily.

Der Gymnastikball war während meiner Schwangerschaft eine große Hilfe und wird auch jetzt noch regelmäßig genutzt, um mein Baby zu beruhigen. Er ist sehr stabil, lässt sich einfach und schnell aufblasen und erfüllt absolut seinen Zweck im Alltag. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass er geruchsneutral ist, was bei solchen Produkten nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch die Farbe gefällt mir sehr gut – schlicht und ansprechend. Insgesamt ein praktischer und zuverlässiger Begleiter, den ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann!

Cogí la de 75cm y mido 1,66m. Lo digo porque para mí fue difícil escoger tamaño porque muy pequeña me molestaba con la barriga del embarazo. Esta me vino perfecta. Trae hinchador que funciona genial y varios repuestos de tapón. Además de una pieza para poder sacar fácilmente el tapón que parece una tontería pero es muy útil. El primer día debes hinflarla y dejarla 24 horas antes de volver a meter más aire y poder usarla. Yo la tengo todavía hinchada y sigue perfecta. La uso a diario y con el embarazo ya estoy en 100kilos. Asique resistente sin duda. La recomiendo!!!
