I am using this to answer ringcentral on my laptop. the callers are consistently saying they can hear themselves talk. how do i stop that?

I have the same problem. I've checked all the mic properties, i've disabled all other sound devices, I tried a different cable, I tried in on multiple PC's and on my cell phone, and ALWAYS the caller on the other line can hear themselves talking.

Will this work with a Microsoft Surface?

As long as you have a USB and room to support the software...not sure why it would not.
