Can hardly tell the difference between this gluten free flour and ordinary flour
This is the best gluten free flour I have used for baking muffins, pancakes, Yorkshire pudding, lemon souffle etc. and I have tried many brands. There is no graininess and family/friends enjoy my cooking and say there is almost no difference between my gluten free foods and those made with flour.

Very good blend
Very good GF blend for baking. It was recommended by the Loopy Whisk who is a fabulous GF baker. Can’t go wrong with this one.

Expired!!
Sadly i will not be able to make a review as I just received the product today and it expires tomorrow. This is very expensive to have to throw in the trash because of expiration! 🤬

This flour is pretty pricey!
I have folks I bake for that are gluten intolerant, so I've been trying to find a 1:1 ratio GF AP flour. I have tried several brands and have been unhappy with the texture of finished products. This flour, unfortunately, is no different. Finished products (think chocolate chip cookies) are VERY crumbly and have a weird tongue texture. The bag it arrives in allows for a little squeeze of the flour and it even sounds wrong. Sort of like walking on very powdery snow...a little crunchy sound, whereas regular flour is soundless in packaging. And the worst part of it all is that I cannot return it as it's ineligible for returns (which I get, but still....) If texture isn't a thing for you, then I'm sure this is as good as the next GF flour, but for me, I guess the search continues. Be well, y'all.

Pantry Staple
My only complaint is that the company does not sell to stores in USA. 100/10 recommend this flour. As a Celiac baker, I have never had more cookie success than baking with this flour. I am obsessed. Definitely try this flour.

If you're wheat intolerant or ceoliac, this doesn't makes a lovely loaf of bread - even after some experimentation. It always came out somewhat err... different should I say. Perfectly edible, just not what you'd call 'bread'. I used it with a Morphy Richards bread maker which doesn't have a dedicated gluten free programme, but still seems to come out okay. If you want to make a 'proper' loaf of GF bread though, I'd definitely recommend Doves Farm's BREAD flour. This Plain White Flour is best left for cakes and pastry, for which it's great. And when you consider the extortionately expensive cost of shelf-bought GF products, this is very, very good value.

Have tried a few gluten-free substitutes over the years. Can be a bit of a minefield when you find conflicting information on different websites. This is a blend of several grains, designed to be a direct 1:1 substitute for ordinary wheat flour. When I tasted the cake batter, the flour gave it an unpleasantly gritty texture. However, the cupcakes were incredibly light and tender once baked, with no prominent flavours from the flour (though I was making red velvet so this may have been disguised by the mild cocoa flavour). Will be trying this with several different recipes in future, but very happy so far!

I ordered this flour in anticipation of my Celiac guests for Christmas. I had tried baking gluten free cakes and biscuits in the past without success. Years ago it was necessary to add xanthan gum to bind the flour together and even with it, I'd had disastrous results. Baking with Freee was easy. I used it as a thickening agent for rues just as I would use regular flour, achieving the same result without altering the flavour. Baking did require specific gluten free recipes, however, in baking a birthday cake, ( post Christmas) baking powder was the only additional dry ingredient required for a moist light cake. Delivery was speedy and the packaging was secure. I'll likely finish the remaining flour even though my guests have departed.

Really good premium quality gluten free flour that is perfect for baking and perfect for those with dietary requirements and on the FOD Map diet, The flour has the same consistency as regular flour and works well when baking, 5/5 ( Click “Helpful” if this helped ^__^ )
