Is the package sealed air tight?

No, it isn't. Just the box you see on the picture. Mine have had a bumpy ride, and some of the electrodes were sticking out of the box.

Does the stick is the same as if I weld flex core wire and other words it doesn’t need gas?

You need an arc welder to use this. But correct, stick welding (SMAW) doesn’t need gas. The flux is around the rod and shields as you weld.

What amperage range will this work with? I have a 200amp multinprocess machine

I believe the range is 95 - 110
