As a generation xer I am glad to report that this all went smoothly because there was a human on the other end of the phone and not a phony AI. I am of utmost gratitude that asurion has not decided to be a part of the antihumane movement that AI is being directed toward. As for the process itself it was smooth and the service representative was kind and understanding comprehensive and actually helped me make my day be a good one. Thank you asurion representative and asurion for keeping humans as a integral part of Humane business transactions.

I had to use the protection plan, unfortunately, but filing the claim and getting the reimbursement was spot on, no questions, no issues. This was for a replacement screen for a cell phone. The only sticking point was that I had to replace the screen first at my own cost and then send back the broken screen to get the reimbursement.

Warrant coverage.

Excellent and quick response. Defective item couldn't be fixed and they refunded entire price plus warranty charge with Amazon gift card.

After we mailed in an Oura ring, it only took hours after they received it to determine it was not repairable. And then we immediately received an email that our Amazon account had been credited the full purchase price of the Oura. And we immediately used the credit.

Very simple process.

When the refurbished electronic device failed on the 1st day, asurion determined it was not repairable and gave a full refund almost immediately. They were easy to work with and I will use them again. I wish I could say as much for the poor-quality refurbished item I purchased from Amazon.
