can this model be used at the same time at the full back model. or are the designed to be done at separate times?

No. The Model 2500 is not compatible for simultaneous use with Models 4100-S or 4100-D.

How can I get a copy of the instructions?

I just googled it and saw several options on there.

Is the best combo a 4100-S or -D and the 2500? Or do you only need the neck-only unit with the 2500?

If you're interested in the Model 2500 & would also like to work the neck area as well, we'd recommend the individual Posture Pump® Dual Disc Hydrator® (Model 1400-D) along with the Model 2500. The Model 1400-D has 2 air cells which work both the neck & upper back/"hump" region, providing more coverage & corrective relief! The Model 4100-S & 4100-D will only address the cervical & lumbar spine, but for lower back pain/sciatica discomfort, the Model 2500 would be the recommended product.
