What a pretty diffuser this is! I've wanted this one amongst several others for a while, but was reluctant to part with my money. So far (admittedly only for one day so far) it's worth every penny. Its beautifully made, simple to set up and use, and looks glorious when on, with the depths of colour and the firework design looking as if it goes into infinity. It looks quite luxurious, with the top "chimney part" giving the slight impression that it may be letting out smoke - but of course, it is a fragrant stream of cool water. Its very ethereal looking, and I'm thrilled, particularly as i bought this as "used, good as new" with a great reduction. It certainly is as good as new, too. No problems with the diffusing, and it soon fills the whole flat with a subtle scent, with just 3 or 4 drops of oil in the water. Highly recommended.

I ordered this particular oil burner for my bedroom because I like the colour changing lights and although pretty they aren’t as bright as the other oil burner I have in the lounge. Received it today and I have unpacked it quickly to test it. It came very well packaged and the contents were all intact. No cracks or breakages. So I filled the inner chamber to maximum added a few drops of eucalyptus oil (I have a really bad chest infection) to test it out. I have added a quick video to show how it works when in colour changing mode. I tested it in my bedroom as I could sort of simulate darkness with my blackout curtains. It looks really good and not too bright so it doesn’t disturb me if I fall asleep before it switches itself off. It is quiet. I usually put between 4-6 drops in the chamber, depending on how strong I want the scent. Have to say it’s lovely, much more compact than the other different one I have. It would be small enough to sit on a window ledge (my old burner is almost twice the width of the new one. I am absolutely delighted with this. It is exactly what I was looking for. As soon as I can afford it I will order more. I would highly recommend this product. It is really pretty and looks really good in colour changing mode ….it is burning nicely and is not too wide and would fit on a window sill (my other colour changing oil burner that I’ve had for over 5 years is plastic and quite big, bulky wouldn’t fit in a window sill and the lights are far too bright for bedroom use. But this one is perfect. I am really impressed.

Very pretty. Changes colour when lit. Colours are lovely. Plain chrome colour when switched off. We bought this when it was on offer. Doesn't give a lot of mist though. Very wuiet and so far no leakage. Great value.

Very nice and expensive looking

OMG what a beautiful diffuser, came in quite a big box, I was surprised at the size of it, it is lovely, I am buying one for my Mother for Christmas. The only thing I would say, there was no booklet in it, was easy to setup. It is very calming and my bedroom smelt wonderful after 15 minutes, excellent quality, value for money, would definitely buy again. I highly recommend!

This is lovely and pretty

Came well boxed, shaped foam round the item. Instruction are clear and simple. Got it yesterday so have only used it once but worked well, can see the stream of vapour coming out of the top, need to get close to smell anything with 5 drops in a full tank of water. Lighting is nice and calming. Very quiet operation.

Please if anyone is considering purchasing this diffuser,please re-consider i implore you! I very rarely write reviews unless something is amazing or absolutely terrible,i am afraid this is the latter. Please do not take any notice of the endless 4 and 5 star reviews,those people obviously just got lucky,read and take notice of the many 1 star reviews as those people are all telling the truth and very accurate in their description as i unfortunately found out. I had looked at so many diffuser's of a similar kind and eventually decided on this one,i must have not realised it had so many bad reviews. Anyway it arrives ok,i first tried it with just water,it worked fine,then i added my chosen oil and then it did not work,no mist was coming out,so i cleaned it out,tried a different oil,then yay it worked for the mist to stop coming out 10 mins later. So i cleaned it all out once again put less oil in(,as my partner said maybe i put to much oil in) shouldn't make a difference,but anyway started again,with less oil and yay it worked,but the timer didn't,it kept cutting off after about 30-40 mins,and eventually it did not work at all again,no mist. As you can imagine i have quite had enough by now,it's a piece of crap,i have had many diffuser's in my lifetime,and never experienced this rubbish before. I know how to use a diffuser,and i know how to look after one,none of this is down to me,it is down to a crap product,not been made properly. The first diffuser i ever had was a zen one and it lasted 5 years,can you imagine that now,the rubbish these companies seem to be churning out. I really hope this helps people in making their mind up as to whether or not purchase this item,please save your money or choose a better reviewed one.Don't be a fool like i was!!!

En plus d’être un très bel objet décoratif, il fonctionne parfaitement. Simple d’utilisation pour régler le temps de diffusion, la minuterie est fiable et fonctionne bien ; il prend peu de place, la base est stable et le remplissage est aisé. on peut aussi choisir à l’aide d’un simple bouton d’allumer ou non le mode Feu d’artifice qui est vraiment très agréable à regarder. Bref, c’est un très beau diffuseur et je suis vraiment ravie de mon achat. Une excellente idée de cadeau 🎁

It was good for a while. Now it keeps switching colors and beeping. Very very annoying. I'm unable to stop it.
