This review is overdue and also the hardest to write because they arrived just days before my best friend of 13.5 years died. I'm still a complete mess but I am trying to smile. He took a huge chunk of my soul. Now that I have depressed you, the product review. They ran small and I should have ordered a bigger size. That is the only thing that I would be concerned about with these little socks. Everything else is perfect. The textured bottom would have kept my Senior lab mix from slipping on our hardwood floors. They seemed very durable and I believe we would have had a lot of use out of them due to the great structure and thickness. I got the black with white paw print and they are ADORABLE. I kept them because we did try to get them on his paws upon arrival but sadly we never got to use them. If you have a senior dog or slippery floors, try these. Hopefully they will work for your best friend to help him/her to stand or walk without slipping/falling. Your buddy is worth trying them out. I also think you will love the way they look and if you get them when your dog is younger, it may help them to get used to having them on. Perhaps starting them out once in a while as they start getting to their middle age is a great way to prep them. Good luck and I hope this helps a little.

I was very disappointed when I opened this package. We ordered a size XL for our pitbull lab mix because he slides on our hardwood floors. I measured his paws and based on the size chart, an XL is his appropriate size. They arrived and I have no idea how these could possibly fit! Maybe I got sent the wrong size, but they were so tiny I couldn’t even get them on my boyfriend’s cat’s paws. They seem as though they’d be functional for their intended purpose, but the ones I received are so unbelievably tiny that we will have to find Victor some socks somewhere else.

Nice and were like they said. They do not stay on dachshund. Gave them to a friend and they worked perfect on her dog.

I needed something grippy for our 13.5 year old English Labrador (small breed) who has been experiencing seizures this year and has not been able to hold herself up for a few days now due to a Vertigo episode (which I had never heard of in dogs), where they feel like their world is spinning. I ordered a size extra large and they arrived today, looked so tiny! But I was able to get them on her paws with no problem. She could maybe wear a large. I trimmed the hair from her paw pads today in the back yard, and laid down some yoga mats indoors to help her with more foot pad grip. She has small paws, usually weighs about 55lbs, but right now feels more like 80lbs since she needs us to carry her outside a few times a day. Turn the sock inside out to get it over your pets paws easier if that helps. I’m hoping they will help her have a better grip on linoleum / wood floors.

They're cute, my dog enjoys sleeping in them, they slip off a bit easy which isn't shocking at all, and according to my tiny chomper they taste delicious, but otherwise they're great. I did order two different pairs, one black and one of the shoe design ones and unfortunately I got two pairs of the black ones, but they still work.

Bought a large for my lab mix, packaging says large but it does NOT look big dog friendly. It’s for a fat chihuahua maybe? It stretches enough to fit but I can tell my dog is very uncomfortable because of how tiny these are. Also, they turn around on her feet. I purchased to help her not slide around but obviously if the rubber doesn’t stay facing the floor then the product doesn’t really work for us.

Older dog who has a hard time being stable on laminate floors. Per previous reviews about stability, which is a real problem for my pup. She's long and skinny for a lab, about 75lbs. and I first ordered 4xl size. They fit OK but were too big. Loose. Ordered another set of 3x, they were perfect. Absolutely recommend wrapping velcro strips around the socks to help keep them up. They make A WORLD of difference for my dog on slippery floors. Really really help her stability. They're great.

My dog has been licking his paws non-stop due to his allergies. I bought these socks to help stop the licking / spread and they have worked perfectly for him! He appears to be comfortable and has no trouble walking. He rarely tries to take them off.
