Used to clean the AC condenser and coil on our RV. Worked well.

This fin comb is the hardest to use that I've ever seen. The tines do not want to separate, and they're not made to be adjustable. When I tried to use it, it wanted to fold the A/C's cooling fins flat, as if I were using a putty knife. I laboriously spread the tines with a knife, but it still doesn't really want to work properly, and I gave up on it. Other fin combs I've used have worked easily, but this one seems to have too many tines, and maybe they're too stiff. The brush works fine. It's a good stiffness and length for the job, so to speak.

Both of these are well made and do the job. Glad I got them.

The wider fincomb was useful however the little fin straightener that is with it is garbage it's very easy to fold the fins over or break them off. It's easier just to use a toothbrush.

Purchased this along with coil cleaner for my home outdoor AC unit. The brush was crucial to remove tons of built up crud, and the hard wired brush was great to bend fins back into position. Anyone complaining about the hard wired brush, there is a plastic sleave that you DO NOT take off! It is to hold the metal brushes together. Slide it up for a tighter brush. I don't understand how people have bent brushes, aluminum fins are extremely delicate and brushing them GENTLY bends them back into shape. This is a brush, it's not meant to fit between the fins. Good product overall.

I'm waiting five stars because the product itself appears to be well built. The brushes and the steel thingies are fine. The steel tine handle has a plastic slide that you can move up and down, this allows for spreading out the tines or allowing them to stay tight together. Unfortunately the problem is that the tines are pretty tightly connected together, and the fins on my air conditioner turned out to be closer than I thought. It's a bummer because the air conditioner fans are pretty beat up. But I just could not get these times to squeeze in between them. Yes, I did put in some effort to make it work, that was the entire point. It's just wasn't a good fit is the bottom line. Therefore ease of use isn't necessarily dependent upon the product design, but I suggest you very carefully look at the fins on your air conditioning unit. If they're just not straight fins, this isn't for you. If they're straight fins, and you use the slider on the metal tines, sliding it up to allow the times to spread out more, then this seems like a well-built product for that use.

Ho usato il pennello con setole fi plastica per pulire la ventola interna del mio split. Esito buono considerando la difficolta di accesso alle parti da pulire. Ho usato la spazzola in metallo per pulire le aletta dello scambiatore della mia asciugatrice (che comunque ho sempre pulito con pennelli e spazzolette varie), risultato: tornate quasi come nuove ! Risultato: consigliatissime.

Funktioniert super, hab den Kondensator meines Trockners gut damit reinigen können.
