BB1460 is a solderless (plug-in) breadboard with 1460 connection tie-points (i.e. 1460 wire insertion holes) and 4 power rails. Solderless breadboards are great for building and testing new circuits because parts can be easily inserted and removed; they are completely re-usable.The BB1460 has two 630 tie-point IC-circuit area plus four 50 tie-point power rails. The housing is made of white ABS plastic, with a printed legend giving numbers and letters for columns and rows. The internal contacts are phosphor bronze with a plated nickel finish.A peelable adhesive tape backing is provided for attaching it to a surface.BPS BreadBoards are Lead-Free and RoHS Compliant.Finished projects can be moved to Solderable PC BreadBoard to make them permanent. Review: Best BB Available - This brand is Hands Down the BEST breadboard on the market. Bar None. Perfect tension on the clips. The ground rail is Black instead of blue. Cost a bit more, but worth every penny. Review: Best BreadBoard I have used - Well built I like that ground is black and not blue. The tension on the holes is excellent. I am going to replace with my other breadboards. Circuits work better and don't blink out if I move the board. Much better solution. The size is perfect I don't need the power rails in the middle. Makes for better component placement.

Best BB for money
This is simple the best quality BB for electronics design. Save yourself time and headache if you design/develop electronics

Good breadboard
Works better than the cheap ones that are sold as generic goods or marketed here with trading brands like HXDFG and ElectroJu. Apologies if those are real merchants I'm inadvertently defaming. Anyway, it has reasonably tight contacts that hold components in, and it has survived being repeatedly, ham-fistedly used with trimmer pots. I'm sure a 3M is better if you want to build large circuits with more sensitive ICs and need the extra reliability and lower capacitance, but this is good enough if you're just messing around with 555 timers and 70s era jellybean digital ICs.

Fantastic breadboard with proper spacing!!!
You can immediately tell that these boards are of higher quality than the cheapos. Wires and components insert easily but are held firmly. There is a back panel underneath the sticky foam, which is separate for the buss strips so you can move them without cutting. And most importantly of all, they maintain proper spacing when you join multiple modules!!! My 1" pin spacing ESP32 modules finally have a home!!! I can straddle one of the inner columns to fit my ESP32, or I can move the buss strips to the middle and straddle those. Now if we could only get Busboard to make the 400pt shorties in this design...

It actually works!
I liked that it will actually will hold those very thin leads on the 1% resistors. The other breadboards were junk and the resistors never touched the inner contacts.

This is the brand of breadboard to buy
Contacts have enough tension to hold components securely and make a good connection, but aren't so stiff you can't get components mounted. Very well made.

It's the same quality you expect for a rocking price
A 1460-point breadboard for under $21—with shipping—is a good value. The quality is what you’d expect.

Nice to use , no complaints
Feels sturdy, packaged well, looks nicer than cheaper boards, grabs wire and is nicer to use than cheaper boards, the holes have these nice chamfers on them, the bottom has a built-in adhesive thingy(if you want to more permanently mount it to something), and it snaps together with other boards of the like(really well, too). Costs more, but probably worth it. Like the difference between a $2 knife and a $40 one, but not that big of a price difference.

Best breadboard for price-money easilly. High quality boards like this make all the difference.
The difference between a high quality bread board and a low quality one is hard(impossible) to see in a picture, but it shows when you use it. Inserting big 40pin connectors on a low quality boards is difficult, and removing them is near impossible without causing yourself pain or damaging something. Until I used a quality breadboard I thought that was the nature of the beast. These boards are a joy to use when contrasted with boards half their price and are well worth the money. I cant recommend this manufacturer enough. The contacts are nice and springy making them easier to use (and probably more durable). They all interconnect with eachother nicely, with the adhesive on the back being segmented so you can adjust where the power rails are by taking them apart and reconnecting them in a different orientation. I will never use a cheap breadboard again.
