I first ordered these batteries in May to help save money on my kids’ battery needs. In particular, my oldest child still sleeps with his sound machine from childhood. Several years back, they discontinued the machine and the cord shorted out. The only option keeping us a float right now was (4) AA batteries. A month or so later, I returned and bought more AA batteries (without the 2nd charger). We’ve had zero issues with them until recently. I noticed that several of the batteries were discharging too quickly and when attempting to charge, were showing fully charged even though a multimeter confirmed they were not. This is my secon set of these batteries and charger.. I bought my first set a year ago. They are reliable and the charge last for around 900 flashes through my GODOX speed flash.

I bought this rechargeable pack of batteries to use in two electronic door locks. Regular batteries just didn't last. So far they have been great. In fact I'd like to buy more to use in my candles. It would be more economical than changing them out so often.

Solid performance and high capacity, but the best part is the warranty support. I had a faulty unit and their customer service replaced it immediately. Five stars for standing by their product quality.

I use rechargeable AA and AAA batteries frequently and recently my old charger would start randomly blinking like something was wrong. Not knowing if it was the charger or the battery, I decided to order both items new. I love this charger! It came with 8 AA rechargeable batteries and charges both AAA and AA! It lays flat and comes with an 18" cord with a USB-A end. You will need your own plug. When the battery is fully charged, it will automatically stop charging. It advertised "charge any number of AA or AAA rechargeable batteries to make your charging easier." So I tried charging BOTH TYPES simultaneously and it works! How nice!!! The beauty of this is how many it can charge at once. I would never need more than 8 batteries charged at a time - its enough for my toothbrush, a flashlight or my battery operated clock.

I bought this because of all the battery operated things during Christmas. It really didn't make much difference because of the amount of time it took to recharge the batteries. It only partially works now which for this price point I'm not surprised. If you only need back up batteries for a couple things and charging time doesn't matter then I'd recommend this but if you need it for continuous, regular use then I'd spend more on something more reliable.

Edit: I received a new set of AA batteries and charged them last night. All lights were green this morning. Normally, I would have some flashing red. Let’s hope that this set of batteries hold a charge. The customer service was good though. Thank you, Whitney. I purchased both the AA and the AAA charging packages and these batteries do not hold charge either. I got a bad batch of AA’s especially or this is just a really bad product. When charging them the lights kept changing which ones were charged, even though I had run them overnight for charge. The charger couldn’t decide which ones were bad or not. I tested with a battery tester and many of them were just at zero. They wouldn’t even show a voltage even though they had charged overnight. These are brand new so they haven’t gotten dirty or the charging contacts are not dirty either. I tried to contact the company or find a way to and there were no links within the power all or get product. Support wouldn’t help me at all. It just took me to some FAQs, but no contact information to resolve the issue with the company before writing a bad review. To the company: if you want to contact me, please do and I will take down the review if you resolve the issues for both the AA and the triple AAA’s. The AAA’s are a little better, but they still don’t hold charge. I do not recommend any of their batteries.

The charger is first rate. It is not a fast charger, so don't expect your batteries to be recharged in an hour, it's more like 6 hours for a discharged battery to be fully recharged. It lets you charge any number of batteries at once, from one up to eight. You don't need to pair batteries up as required by other charges I have owned. Device charges via usb. A usb cord is included, but not an adaptor to mains power. But you probably already have a dozen of these sitting unused. The eight batteries included in this package arrived 100% charged, ready for use right away. Strangely, a separate order of the same brand of batteries (no charger) arrived with no charge at all.

The batteries last pretty long without change in my xbox controller, and the charging works and is decently fast as far as I'm aware.
