SOLID
I've had these for a little while now and really like them. I had tried one of the cheaper options that you rotate to engage different plates and they felt a little gimmicky. I've read tons of reviews on PowerBlocks and everyone loves them. Yes, the balance is a little weird, and adding incremental weight to the handles is both inconvenient and messes with the balance even more, but I see the unbalanced aspect as just something to get used to - and once you've accepted it, you can also tell yourself that you're working more stabilizer micro muscles. They also kinda suck for wrist curls, but they can be done with these weights. I'm mostly bouncing between 25 and 35 pounds right now depending on the exercise and find it really easy to switch the weights. They also make pretty decent kettle bells by gripping the bottom two bars of the frame - I pretty much just use this for goblet squats. I will also use one of the bottom handlebars when doing single leg Romainian deadlifts - it seems to be easier to balance with the weight hanging down just a little bit. These really shine for shoulder presses and inclined dumb bell presses, and hanging onto while doing things like lunges, they start to feel a little bulky for bicep curls and tricep extensions. I love how solidly they sit on the floor too - I even use them for step-downs. Pretty comfortable for adding weight to glute bridges and adding weight to crunches too. Between these, a pull-up bar (these are great for rows but I prefer to do them dangling from a bar ;), and a hyper-extension bench I have a nice little home gym setup here.

Space-Saving and Solid Performance
The PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells have been a fantastic addition to my home gym. They’re incredibly easy to adjust—just slide the selector pin and you’re ready to go. The weight range is perfect for everything from light toning to heavy lifting, and the compact design saves a ton of space compared to a full rack of traditional dumbbells. The build quality is excellent—very sturdy with a balanced feel during lifts. I was a bit skeptical about the blocky shape at first, but it hasn’t interfered with any exercises. In fact, they feel more stable than I expected. If you're looking for a versatile, durable, and space-efficient solution for strength training at home, these are absolutely worth the investment.

Quality, durability, and versatile
These Power blocks are great! Especially for home use. One bench that inclines and you can do so much with these. I also purchased the stand so no clutter. Easy to swith weight amount. Built well.

Worth it for multipurpose resistance training routines.
Great product, nice adjustability, the square shape doesn’t hinder your workouts. If you can get these on sale you can use them for a wide variety of workouts, the stock ones only go to 50lbs. So if you press more than that you’ll be doing high reps.

Built like a tank
My wife and I like using these since they are pretty easy to setup and the weight scale is sufficient for us both, with the ability to add more in the future. Cost wise, these are not the cheapest option out there but they're built so well that you really get what you pay for. If you're looking for a space saving option that works for multiple people, these dumbells are probably what you're looking for.

Very Well Made Adjustable Dumbbell Set That Stands Test of Time
The first time I saw these PowerBlock Adjustable Dumbbells was back in the late 90's / Early 2000's at my cousin's house. He still has the same set to this day, which speaks well to build quality / longevity. Also, these are expandable up to 90 lbs per block I believe. Having used his over the years when considering the available options for adjustable dumbbells I decided to go with this set as it's still the same design as far as I can tell. These are very well made, and easy to adjust with a simple adjustment clip that slides in an out. In the default configuration they are adjustable in 10 lbs increments from 10-50 lbs. Inside each handle are two 2.5 lb weights that can be removed to allow for adjustment in smaller increments. I also really like the way these feel when gripping them; in my hands they feel very secure the way the grip is designed, which is especially important for heavier weights. Where I do have a little bit of buyer's remorse when comparing to NordiTrack's and BowFlex's offerings in this area is the simplicity of adjusting in smaller increments in the competitors' products... i.e. don't need to open a lock and remove cylindrical weights, rather just turn a dial basically, at least as far as I can tell from the product descriptions. I do really like this product. I'd say for those out there that are looking to lift heavy, or don't care about quickly/easily adjusting in 2.5 or 5 lbs increments instead of 10, then I'd highly recommend these PowerBlocks. And definitely the Elite EXPs since you have room to grow with the available expansion packs. For those who regularly lift light weights, or quickly want to switch between 2.5, 5, or 10 lb increments, I'd likely consider trying one of the other options I mentioned. Hope that's helpful!

Fáciles de usar, duras. Sencillas y efectivas.
