Voltes V Complete Japanese TV Series SDBD

The imports version of this cost way too much but the video quality is very top notch. But this one is almost in par with import version. Hopefully they fully formatted to full Blu-ray.

This is what Discotek is all about, keep kicking out those awesome classics! Next on the list should be Daimos! I already preordered my copy of Combattler V, and all we need is the final installment of the Robot Romance Trilogy! You guys rock... minus the Voltron image flub. (:P)

As a huge fan of classic anime. I have been waiting a long time for the release of this series "Voltes V" and it was worth the wait!. The quality compared when it first came out on dvd is excellent!

From the mid-seventies to the late eighties, Japanese TV was overwhelmed by giant robots, either good, bad, or monotonously indifferent, but Voltes V was one of the best. It also has one of the most complex and Freudian family setups, wherein the missing scientist father of three boys drafted for the Voltes V defense project turns out to also be the father of the youthful leader of the deadly Boazan, who are busy trying to flatten the Earth. Rivalries ensue.

Great value All episodes in high definition I really enjoyed watching them

Great collection. All 40 episodes in one BD. Original format but nicely cleaned up. Japanese language with English sub. Contains extras like Toy Ads from the 70s.

El día de hoy conseguí la serie mecha del año 77 Voltes V, aquella serie anime donde el equipo Voltes debía combatir contra las fuerzas del Planeta Boazan para proteger la tierra, uno de los mejores mechas de su época. El Bluray llegó en excelente estado y rápido. Los 40 episodios de la serie se incluyen todos en un único disco, solo incluye Idioma Japonés con subtítulos en Inglés. Fuera de eso, super recomendable.

１枚のディスクで全話観られて、助かります。 画質も申し分なし。 父親を慕う兄弟のドラマが、ストーリーに厚みを与えています。 そこのところは、エンディングソングでも歌われていますが。 声優さん方のお声も素敵ですが、敵役の、市川治さんのお声&演技も素晴らしいです。

この北米版は画質の甘さ・音声の聞き取りにくさ・歪あり、あす。 ですが国内版では今だ20年前ソフト化したＤＶＤの廉価版の バラ売りしかないのでとりあえずこちらを買った方がお得です。 この傑作が今の時代。高画質化されないのは非常に残念です。 古い作品ですが大河ドラマの様なスト－リ－は今見ても 見劣りしません。是非、後世に残すのと今の大画面ＴＶでも 十分楽しめる様にＨＤリマスタ－化して頂きたいです。 勿体ないですよ。 追記 2023年５月、フィリピンの地上波TVで実写版のレガシｰが放送始まったらしいです。 ネット等でデモ映像見ましたが凄く良く出来ていそうで面白そうです。 合体ＣＧも素晴らしいですがボアザン星人の貴族っぷりの描写がいいです。 流石、フィリピンで国民的アニメになっただけの事ある様で 熱の入れ方・気合が東映とは全然違います。オリジナルの雰囲気壊さずに 実写化している様なのも大変期待しています。是非日本でも吹き替え入れて 放送して欲しいですね。又、これを切っ掛けにＨＤリマスタｰ化した 音声も聞きやすい国内版のソフト化を東映にはお願いしたいです。

世界で一番、本作を愛しているフィリピンで、実写版映画＆ドラマとしてよみがえった、70年代・日本のロボットアニメ『ボルテスV』。 これは、2006年日本で発売されたDVD-BOXの収録内容を、映像特典も含めまとめて１枚のBlu-rayディスクに収めたもの。紙のスリーブケースの中に、異なるデザインのジャケットを配した通常のケースが入っている。 幻のノンテロップOP・EDが映像特典として収録されている2024年発売のBlu-ray BOXとではやはり画質も音質も（特に音質）見劣りするだろうが、画質としては過ぎない程度にクリアであり、何より一気見には非常に便利である。 日本製のプレイヤーで問題なく再生でき、英語の字幕も消したままにしておける。 自分が購入した時は6000円台で、その後先述の実写化もあり、高騰しているかと心配していたが、いま現在の10000円前後という価格は、ギリ許せる感じ、だろうか。 とにかく、自分がいい年齢になって、長浜忠夫監督の真意というか、本当に訴えたかった想いが、痛いほど伝わってくる。 そしてまた、単純にスーパーロボットアニメとしても楽しめるので、小さい子供たちや若い世代にも触れてもらって、好きになっていただけたら、これに勝る喜びはない。
