Missing pieces. Unusable.
We are unable to use this product as it was missing the harness to attach to the head so I am highly disappointed as my husband needs this to go back to work and now I am waiting to hear back from this company as to how we can resolve this issue. Disappointed in this American company.

Shield assembled to crown with no issues, but the included adapter for a hardhat does not have the nuts needed to attach to the face shield.

when someone pay for something it do what's it for
I'm not able to use this product for work because the right side doesn't get tighten because of that it will not stay up and it stays directly on my face and touching my chest

The shield itself is great. Poor design on bolts holding shield.
The pictures show the problem with the mount. The shield is very good. The problem with the design of the pieces that hold the shield to the helmet. The piece that goes into the helmet is good the plastic bolts coming out of the second piece that hooks to the Shield are too short when you try to bolt the shield to the second piece the nuts that hold it on aren’t tightening down. Strips the plastic bolt. Very poor design. The picture show the bolts are to short.

My item came incomplete. I'm a front line healthcare worker. No head strap in order. Please send complete order ASAP! Thank you. Nothing to hold onto my head. Part missing.
