I do notice that I have more energy since taking these. After watching different videos, it is not recommended to swallow the pill whole, but to chew or let dissolve in your mouth. It is not a bad taste, but it will get stuck to your teeth. I let it dissolve by keeping it in my mouth and slowly biting on it. The coating last a long time so you have to aide the dissolving process. I've already ordered more, and hopefully I'll get the same formula.
