I saw somewhere that the way to restore a granite composite sink was to clean it with a mixture of baking soda and vinegar, and then after it is completely dry, use food grade mineral oil to get it looking like new. This product was a great price for the quantity and it did the trick! My brand new sink looks beautiful again after I thought it was ruined by drywall plaster and other residue when it didn't get covered when workman were working on our kitchen renovation, and I was not around! (I wish I had taken a "before" picture!) I could not be happier with this product. It will be interesting to see how long the results last and how often I may need to reapply, but I don't mind doing it frequently if necessary, since the results are so fantastic! I would recommend getting this UltraSource brand. It shipped quickly, came undamaged and it is in a heavy duty jug with a substantial screw on cap - no flimsy closure, so it is secure from leaking, if for some reason it got knocked over. It is easy to use - I just rubbed it on and buffed with a paper towel. I am very pleased with my purchase. I am going to rub it on some cutting boards next , and look into other ways I can use it.

Very easy to use, it's just refined mineral oil so yeah, it's clear and low viscous. I've been treating all my neglected cutting boards, salad tongs, chopsticks, wooden utensils and wood handles spatulas with this, and it does the job wonderfully. Five star product with one ding for lousy packaging. It was bouncing around in a cardboard box with inadequate packaging, and it had opened by the time it arrived at my apartment. Luckily only a small amount had leaked, and the jug wasn't broken, oy the lid had loosened a bit. I'd "recommend to a friend" but the company should pack mineral oil properly. Luckily it was an easy clean up, THIS time! 😬

I applied the mineral oil on my new Homaxy cutting board and it dried perfectly. No oil residue. It’s also food grade and FDA approved according to the copy on the bottle. I had a problem with delivery though, the plastic bottle was leaking in the box when it was delivered even though it was sealed. Luckily, there wasn’t a lot of spillage.
