Great bar for near field listening
This bar sounds great. I use it for my Home office. I needed a good sound with a low profile speaker and toyed with the idea of monitors but then auditioned this and waited for a deal on Amazon. Luckily they had a deal and for that price its great value for money. Dont expect a wide soundstage. I use a Sonos 5.1 setup for my living room music and TV. But if you want a puny system that sounds great this is it. The Bass output for this speaker is really loud for the size of the bar. Highly recommended for gaming and for sound for watching YouTube videos on PC Updated after 3 months - now listening to music on Spotify and the sound is awesome! Just can't believe this is a 2.0 sound bar. The value is astounding for this price. The bass is deep for this size. Crystal clear highs. Voice is clear not muddled.

A few Bluetooth connectivity issues
This sound bar has been awesome. I also love that I’ve been able to adjust my sound bar volume level with my tv remote with the soundboard hooked up to HDMI ARC. It cuts out occasionally and the sound will blast up for reasons I have not yet figured out, but I’m confident it’s user error and not the sound bar. I also love that I can change it to Bluetooth with the click of a button.

Good compact sound bar for small TV
My wife and I decided to get a new TV/sound bar system for our bedroom. A 32-inch TV is the right size for our room (we bought a Samsung 32N5300), and due to the layout of the room, we decided to get a floor-standing TV mount with castors (kind of a TV cart) that we could reposition for the various viewing areas of the room. We thought long and hard about improving the audio over that of the TV's speakers. We chose the JBL 2.0 sound bar. Here's why: it is compact and it looks good with the 32-inch TV, it is mountable on our TV cart using sound bar brackets (we bought ones from Sanus), it sounds good, we did not want the sound bar to cost more than the TV (under $200), and the TV and sound bar is controllable with the remote control from our DVR (in our case, a TiVo Bolt). For this last requirement, I looked for sound bars with an HDMI-ARC input. This allows a remote that controls the TV (the TiVo remote) to also control the volume and power of the sound bar. It turned out that our old TV was also a Samsung and the TiVo remote worked right away with the new set up. Mounting the sound bar: I had to go to the hardware store to buy longer screws and washers. JBL assumes that the sound bar will either be placed on a table or mounted to a wall, not attached to a TV mount with a bracket. The sound bar comes with pre-threaded holes for mounting, and little wall brackets, but the screws provided were too short for the mount. The screws that came with the TV mount and sound bar bracket were too long. I bought M4 screws, 10 mm long and washers that worked. TV sound: a distinct improvement over the TV's speakers. There is not a lot of deep bass, but on this TV, we watch talk shows, cooking shows, and home improvement shows with a lot of dialog. To our ears, we can hear the talking clearly and the quality is very good for that purpose. If we want to watch a movie or listen to music, we go to the living room home theater system. HDMI-ARC: the JBL connects via HDMI cable to the Samsung's HDMI-ARC (CEC) port. The Samsung's other HDMI input is connected to the TiVo. What I found was that at random times after turning the system on, the audio from the JBL was badly distorted and unlistenable while sound from the TV's speakers was fine. After about a week of use, the distortion got more persistent. Using different HDMI cables didn't solve the problem. I was about to switch to using optical audio cable method, but in one final attempt with the HDMI, I did a factory reset of the JBL. I also changed the audio output of the Samsung from Dolby Digital to PCM. (The JBL's Owners Manual has a Dolby logo on it, so it should have accepted what the Samsung was sending to it.) However, the distortion went away after I did those things. Conclusion: once we got our TV/sound bar rig set up and worked through the distortion issue, we are happy with the JBL 2.0. It looks great mounted under the TV as we wheel it around the room, the audio is clear and enjoyable, and the TiVo remote controls it all.

Why to television manufacturers place speakers in back of tv?
Finally decided to order a sound bar for the tv, since the baby einsteins that designed my tv placed the speaker in the back, (facing the wall). I found myself having to turn sub-titles on to follow some shows. This has taken care of the issue! very good balanced sound, super easy to install, 1 hdmi cable, 1 electrical cord, and you're done.

Underwhelming
I went with this soundbar after my great experience with the Charge 5 and the sound quality of that little speaker. Sadly, this doesn't come close to matching the Charge in terms of sound. The build quality is nice, but that's not the primary need. There is decent low end, but the rest is pretty flat. I was disheartened to hear that the built-in speakers in the TCL 43" this was paired to sounded far better, aside from the lack of bass. I tried connecting via HDMI-ARC and optical with no discernable improvements from one to the other. Playing music via bluetooth yielded the same audio issues unless adjusted with a phone-based equalizer. I'm a bit disappointed that for $150 this fell so short of my hopes. In fact, the $50 Insignia we have in the spare room sounds almost as good at 1/3 the price. Next time I'll have to listen in person first.

Nice for PC
Guys. I recently was looking to get rid of regular speakers because of a lot of wires and inconvenience. I found this soundbar. I use it with an optical cable. It sounds so incredible and powerful. It has a small footprint on my desk and has only two wires conveniently moving from the center back of the soundbar. Download the Realtek Audio Control app from Windows Store. Choose "Realtek Digital Output" and change Equalizer to "Party" It is very optimized. It has so incredible bass and clear voice sound. Try it.

✔️Precio accesible. ✔️ Le da muy buen volúmen a la TV. ✔️ Compacto y no estorba. ✔️ Rendimiento calidad-precio. ✔️ Material de buena calidad. ✔️ Bluetooth. ✔️ Incluye cable HMDI de tamaño corto. ✔️ Kit instalación para la pared. ✔️ Dolby Audio. ✔️ Entrada para cable óptico.

The built-in speakers on my Dell AIO 7700 - 27" screen (pictured) sound pretty good, but don't have a whole lot of bass. I got this JBL on a flash sale at a great price...it was too good a deal to pass up. It does not have a 3.5mm input so if you're going to connect it to your PC, Bluetooth is the only way to go unless your sound card supports ARC (Audio Return Channel), on its HDMI input. My PC does not so its paired via Bluetooth. Sound quality is really good but you can get better performance if the audio hardware on your PC comes with software...mine has MaxxAudio Pro with a graphic EQ and sound image controls. Makes a big difference. There's a bass port on the back of unit and at higher volumes, a lot of air is being pushed out. Lowest bass frequency is 70hz, very good for a speaker this size...and the bass is punchy...but won't fill a room. One con for the BT connection is that unit goes into Standby mode after 10 mins, and it's not adjustable nor can it be disabled. After that 10 mins, the unit is still paired but does not connect again until it's manually turned on. This means the PC switches back to internal speakers or the ones connected to its 3.5mm jack until the soundbar connects again. Not a big deal for me but some may not like always having to turn it back on after 10 mines of non-use. The keyboard volume and mute controls do work with BT though, so that's a plus. Great build quality as is usual for JBL and it looks good too. Recommended.
