Do these work on top of foundation or are they best on bare skin?

I would say bare skin ...but I also used eyelash glue to secure them to my face since I was going to a party and was sure my face would become oily and sweaty

Gems fall off quickly

I loved this and it stuck to my skin very well, but the rhinestones were falling off a lot. Didn't wear it very long either, maybe just a few hours. I would just re-glue them with spirit gum or something if I was more invested in wearing them for a longer period of time in the future.

Glam vampire

Perfect touch to my glam vamp costume. Easy to apply. Adhesive stayed on but didn’t irritate my skin. Came off easily. 10/10

Have some spirit gum handy!

These were great, however, the adhesive doesn't really stick around long. I used them again but with the addition of sprint gum. Then they stayed on all night. The look is amazing but they just needed an extra stickiness to stay put.
