Sturdy track and easy to put together
Unfortunately one car doesn't work at all. We have contacted Scalextric customer services to see if they can send out a replacement, otherwise will have to return the whole set and re-purchase. The car that does work is brilliant, adjustable speed on the controller means the child doesn't get frustrated with having to replace the car on the track the whole time and can simply enjoy racing round the track

Faulty parts and broken links
Purchased for my 3 year old grandson. On Boxing Day my daughter set up the track. Excitedly my grandson pulled the trigger on one of the remotes to state the race. It went in but didn’t return. The trigger was loose and unusable. As it was too late to return the game I tried to use the Amazon product support page to contact Scalextric but received an ‘Oops the page you are looking for doesn’t exist’. Sent an email to Scalextric but received no reply. As such I gave up looking for support and purchased another controller from eBay. However my grandson hasn’t shown any enthusiasm to try the game again and it now just sits under his bed. Very poor customer experience all round.

Ordered this as a present - it needed an adapter plug for UK. This did not appear to be mentioned anywhere so my grandson was disappointed when it arrived and he could not use it….
