I use this to keep my ball python in his enclosure they are small enough to fit in your hand and fit great on my tank as it’s a aquarium turned to a terrarium they were decently cheap I’ve had them before and really like em the are easy to use when u have to get in to clean the tank or feed or water

I have a 55 gal tank for my leopard gecko and my cats would often try to open the screen off the tank to the point where I would have to stack books on top of the screen to keep it from being pulled off by one of my nosey kitties. I looked into getting a scat mat, but a lot of the reviews mentioned that cats weren’t really deterred by them and if I wanted to get a big enough one I’d have to invest a lot of $$ considering the length of my tank for something that might not even work. I’m SO glad I found these. They’re not only dirt cheap, but are made of steel which ensures a secure placement. I have tried pulling the screen off after I put these on just to test the durability, and these are STRONG. exactly what I needed! My cats are STILL nosey but atleast I can have my books back and sleep knowing that they absolutely CANNOT remove the screen off the tank :)

The clips are very hard to get off, but it does the job in knowing my two cats won’t get my kiddos axolotl

These clips are great, I just set up a new terrarium for my tree frogs. They are known for being able to squeeze through small openings. With these clips on the screen lid is secure and sealed, now way for the frogs to escape.

looks neat on cage. flimsy, my hamster was able to loosen the clips from the lid and ended up dying, how are these supposed to prevent a reptile from escaping?

These are absolutely fantastic. Ive lost 1 snake never to be found so the piece of mind that comes with knowing my tanks are escape proof is invaluable. They can be bent bigger or smaller and ive successfully used them on 20, 30, and 50 gallon tanks. They will fit most standard terrariums. If you bend them just a bit small they fit snugly, and if your tank is bigger you just put more. I put about 6 for the smaller tanks, but they're pretty unobtrusive, and yeah, my lid wont budge!

I was a little reluctant to buy these cause I wasn’t sure if they’d be big/strong enough for my big 40 gallon terrarium but they work PERFECTLY and they clip right in to place! I found they can be a little tough to get off the first few times but I found if I just press down on the top and pull the bottom piece at the same time it comes off with ease :) great price & fast shipping!

Clips hold good. I'd recommend buying 2 sets tho. 2 clips per side just in case

Brilliant! I picked up a second hand 10gallon terrarium for my new baby kingsnake but the lid wasn’t very secure. These clips keep the lid on rock solid & will prevent any escapes. These were the final touch to prep for my new baby’s arrival & I’m very pleased.

Bought 2 sets (total of 4) for my 75 gallon and they work perfect! Super easy to use and makes the top screen fit nice and snug.
