Eliminates my night time leg cramps caused by all day yard work which also leads to some dehydration. I take two of these, dinner time and before bed with lots of water. Usually does the trick, if not I also take a magnesium and potassium capsule.

Love these!
These are my go to on hot summer days. Year round too. They are easy to take with some water to help them circulate in your body. I love that they have extra potassium too. I struggle to get enough daily. No smell or bad taste. No sugar. No discomfort taking them.

Great for fasting or working in the heat!
I order these frequently for the fasting routine that I'm on, and they're the best ones I've found for high levels of all the electrolytes for the price. I feel better and have more energy when I'm taking them, and I work in the heat for a decent portion of the day, so these are a lifesaver. They're a great brand and I'll stick with them as long as their pricing remains consistent. Their shipping is always fast and I've never received a damaged product. Very pleased with these!

Hoping these are as good as Keto K Caps
Since Keto K Caps seem to be have been discontinued, I've been looking for something similar. Ive been using Dr. Berg's. He makes great products but they're expensive. Keto K Caps were the best. I have Epstein Barr Virus and POTS and need high doses over electrolytes. I dont like the powder because tastes awful even with flavoring. I look forward to trying this. I will rate when I've tried for a while.

Almost completely eliminated my leg cramps
I absolutely love this product. It has really almost eliminated my leg cramps which I've had most of my life. I take it twice a day.

These work great!
I need to take electrolytes. I have tried to put it in my water but I tend to forget. So I decided to add to my vitamin routine. It says to take three each day. Instead, I take two in the a.m. and two in the p.m. I waited to see if I could sleep w/out socks and a calf compression sleeve (needed to keep the serious cramping away.) I waited two days of this routine and the last two nights I have been cramp free and no socks or ankle sleeve were on me. I am so happy I found these.

3rd Bottle Not the Same as Previous
My first two bottles worked effectively and promptly. Not only does this third bottle not seem to be working for me, there is a marked aftertaste that gives me concern about the composition of the vitamin. This batch is not helping me one bit.
