Worth every penny.
I've bought two of these meteorite fragments. Superb quality. First one shown is 24g and the second one shown is 22g. Both are delivered in a display case, which can be opened, if you want to hold the meteorite. Also comes with a certificate of authentication. It's truly amazing to hold something that's estimated to be dated as 4.5 billion years old. It hit earth around 4000 to 5000 years ago. And was first documented in 1576. Just imagine where it has been. It's honestly fascinating. If you are thinking of buying this for meditation. The fragments I have bought do resonate with energy. And you can feel the vibration on your hand. So I'd say that these would be ideal for this purpose. And the seller is really helpful in answering questions. An amazing piece of universe. And would be ideal as a gift for a budding astronomer. Or collector. Very highly recommended.

Amazing what you can get on Amazon
My grandson and wife both like space. There birthdays are very close too. One each for a double birthday present. Really good, amazingly cheap and we were able to watch YouTube meteorite videos to boot, to get us in the space zone

Totally worth the money.
Totally delighted it was actually bigger than I thought it would be😃 just holding something as old as that in your hand is mind boggling.

As advertised
It looks like a bit of iron slag, but basically that is what it is. About the size of the top of my thumb, it comes packaged in a frame that sandwiches it between two pieces of thin plastic film, and it's coated in some sort of oil, presumably mineral oil to prevent rust. If you take it apart, don't think you'll put it together again., and you'll need to think of an alternative way of storing it to prevent rust. Assuming the composition is similar to the reported one, it's over 92% iron, about 6-7% nickel, with the rest being mostly cobalt but including traces of gallium, germanium and iridium. It's estimated to have formed with the solar system 4,.5 billion years ago, but fell just over 4000 years ago. Nice. :)

Excellent gift
The display is a little lack luster but the actual rock looks really good!

Great piece.
A decent size meteorite The certificate you get is useful in telling you what it's made of and where it was found. Only let down is the lack of any packaging and the film that holds it in the frame is a bit flimsy.

Nice space rock
I've been interested in space since even before I watched the first moon-landing, so the chance to own a fragment of a genuine meteorite was irresistible. It's a nice fragment and well presented, so well worth the relatively modest price.

どちらかと言えば小石みたいですが、ケース入りなので「隕石」と言われると存在感が増します。ケース入りなので、どこに置いても映えます。
