This candle burns so slow and clean and the scent is like a luxury hotel. Very calming, clean, and just so good!!!

Bought this candle because the the scent description was consistent with scents I find pleasant. I have burnt the candle for hours in a small room and could not smell anything. It was expensive and a total waste of money! Same goes for the reed diffuser and hand soap we bought.

I'm a candle LOVER (usually going for diptyque, le labo, and boy smells). It's my first apotheke candle, and I love it! The scent isn't overwhelming, it smells simultaneously elegant, humble, bougie and rich. I love it.

I was first introduced to this candle when walking into the lobby of a boutique hotel in NYC. After our third visit, I finally asked the front desk what they were using to get such a fabulous aroma and they directed me to this product. ! Now my home is filled with the White Velvet Signature Scent. It's lovely.

Love the smell, but unfortunately the wick is placed so close to the side of the candle so that it doesn’t burn properly. Have to burn the candle with an aluminum cap in order to somewhat prevent the candle from burning totally unevenly. Disappointed, expected more from Apotheke. Update: trying desperately to finish this candle bc its such a pain to burn. Now that im closer to the bottom I see that the wick is placed completely sideways! unable to be lit and totally wonky. Really expected more from this brand & supposed quality.

I’m very disappointed in the throw of this candle, it’s only suitable for a powder room or very small room. The Pura diffuser cartridge in this scent is much much better.

I bought the candle on the strength of its reviews and that it's close to what you'd smell in a nice boutique hotel. I agree that it is a nice and inviting scent with a luxurious smell. I wish it was more potent when it's lit. The candle has little throw and the performance is lacking. The only way get a complete smell is to put it in a very small room, maybe a water closet (WC), and close the door. Otherwise it will only provide a 1-2 ft throw in a medium sized room. Burn time is long-lasting. The look and feel of the candle is in line with the price- weighty, higher end. Watch out for possible tunneling
