Easy to use, clear display
Pro: * Easy to use (just slip your finger in, press the button). * Clear display, can be oriented to your viewing direction by pressing the button * Quick results, it seems to settle to consistent values in about 10 seconds * Auto turn-off activates shortly after you remove your finger, so it shuts itself off. * Nice case to store it in, and neck lanyard. Con: * We bought 4 of them. Three agree very closely on SpO2; the fourth is often a few percent different (but sometimes higher, sometimes lower). * (Minor) The back battery cover slides off a little too easily, it can happen just grabbing the unit to use it. Comments: * Pulse reading varies a lot with how much finger pressure you're putting on the sensor. Best not to put any pressure on the sensor: Let your finger dangle in the air, don't put it down on a table, to avoid this.

Finger pulse oximeter with very crisp clear color OLED display
(Edit) Had this with me during recent 5 days in hospital. Two nurses checked accuracy, spot on, both wanted to know where to get one from themselves..kind of says something. (end edit) Had this for eight days now. Bought as quick delivery replacement. Didn't expect the quality or accuracy. Simple single button operation. Pros: · OLED color display while having a smaller font is far easier to read than the larger segmented LEDs. A big help for elderly with heart conditions that waken them in the middle of the night. Able to spot the numbers clearly without my bifocals. · Large square power button instead of the tiny button others have · Display graphics can be oriented in four directions, whatever is best legible for patient or caregiver. Data shown in light blue color with SpO2 in larger font, pulse in smaller font. Clear data labels are spelled out in yellow, underneath the data mumbers. A blue pulsating column seems to graphically indicate pulse rate and strength. Small yellow battery indicator. · Added feature is a warning that the finger iscout of position. · very good shielding of red light emitter & sensor for a more accurate read. Good grip on the finger witout being too tight. ACCURACY - measured by simultaneous readings of same hand, comparing with hospital checked unit. Spot on, identical results. Can't verify objectively but it seems to acquire data a bit quicker than my older tombstone shaped BP monitor. Comes with landyard, soft case with belt loop, and two AAA batteries Nicer design than most units. This stop gap replacement has become my daily tool. CONS: none as yet.

It serves the purpose.
Very good, still using it.

Simple and functional
It's simple, but it works! Unlike the picture, it's a simple moving line that shows your pulse instead of a solid wave. Other than that it was an exact match. 3 things I liked about this are the adjustable screen brightness, the adjustable rotating of the display 90 degrees, and that unlike other companies, I was NOT bribed for my feedback. I received nothing for this review.

Reliable and Easy to Use
I bought this 4 years ago, and it is still working well. Its readings compare well to the ones taken with professional equipment in my doctor's office. Easy to read. I especially appreciate the rotatable display. Very happy with this purchase. I just ordered another one to keep in the car for travel.

It tells me I’m alive. Every time.
This little device has one job, and it does it with quiet confidence: it tells me my oxygen level and pulse. I clip it on, it lights up like a tiny Vegas marquee, and within seconds—boom—numbers. It’s fast, clear, and comes with a lanyard in case you want to wear it like a medical pendant of power. The display rotates like it’s showing off, and the battery life is longer than some of my relationships. I don’t use it every day, but when I do, it’s like a high-five from my circulatory system.

Great purchase for the money!
As an RN I recommend having these at home to keep track of heart rates and oxygen use. They work well for years.

Make sure you really need and want this device. Make sure it does the stuff you hope it will do. Because sorting out how to return has taken me 5 hours and £20 in postage and fuel
