This stuff is quality and built to last...
I have several pieces of the Bush office furniture line "Corsa" from OfficeMax/Office Depot from years ago. Did some searching and confirmed that 'series c' is the same exact set. Having had one of these units previously, I don't know why I waited so long to add another. Solid furniture, gorgeous color and despite the horror I've read here, was no problem to assemble. I admit the directions could be a bit more clear when you go to install the drawer rails but take your time, look at the 'hints' in the guidebook as to alignment and which screws go where and it'll come together. Last note: I had wiped off all the dust from the packing material as I was putting it together. When finished I cleaned it with some furniture polish. I then polished the old cabinet. The old one is almost 6 years old now, heavy use and looks as good as the new one!

Sticky drawers, crooked drawer pulls, misplaced guide holes
Bad experience...first one arrived with a broken part; replacement one had some guide holes drilled in the wrong place, making proper assembly almost impossible...the drawer runners have slightly oblong slots for the attachment screws, which means they don't automatically go on straight. It's easy to inadvertently place them at an angle and end up with crooked drawers. In the end, after a long and challenging assembly process, the drawers didn't slide smoothly or sit flush against the front of the cabinet. The space between the drawers was uneven and one of them was obviously crooked. But the kicker was that one of the drawer pulls was crooked. The other flaws could be minimized by tweaking the assembly, but there's no way to adjust that one. The holes are drilled in one place and there's no give. Unfortunately, putting that drawer pull on was one of the very last steps, so I didn't notice this fatal flaw until the very end.

Listen up
The package arrived in a matter of days so I was happy about that. But, wow, the diagrams were pretty hard to follow and hard on the eyes. You will need to wear your glasses when looking at the diagrams. I confess to having a few drinks while putting the whole thing together so it took longer than expected. I probably could have done it in 2 hours had I not been drinking -- and I confess it was hard to do because the instructions sucked and I put some of the screws in the wrong holes and had to redo some of the steps. I was so glad when the whole thing was finally done. If you purchase this item be sure you have the stomache to follow lousy instructions and you better have good mechanical abilities in reasoning what they are trying to convey. The manufacterer is assuming you are well gifted in trying to decipher their lousy instructions. All in all, it's a pretty good product but I wish the drawer fronts had been solid wood. That would have made all the difference in the world. The handles are solid metal and the assembly functions well once it is all put together. The locking assembly is excellent -- be sure to use channel locks to tighten down the lock nuts. But, looking back, it was a pain putting it together. The hardware would have been better to deal with had it come in some kind of compartment that was labled. Keeping track of the screws and what holes needed what screws was a real chore. Trying to find the prefabed screw holes was also quite a chore. Good luck. You'll need a little.

Very sturdy
Friend put it together for me. Said the instructions weren't the easiest, however he did a great job and it is a solid piece of furniture.

Good for home use
My overall rating is based on use in a home setting. I don't think it is sturdy enough to use in a commercial setting. I found the assembly instructions to be excellent and the screws and hardware to be packaged in a way that made it easy to identify individual parts. I used a 1/4 inch impact driver to drive the screws being extra careful not to over tighten the screws. This approach worked well for me and I did not have any problems with assembly. For my intended use I am happy with my purchase.

Not a great product, damaged, hard to put together
They sent the wrong color. We already put most of it together, so returning it is not possible. I wish we never ordered it. The panels are scratched. The parts do not fit precisely, so it's very hard to put together. Unfortunately, we are stuck with this product, but I would definitely not guy it again.

Have patients when assembling
I like it but very frustrated and disappointed with the fit of the drawers and assembling. The directions are terrible. Called number for support to assemble and sat on hold for hour with no answer. Didn't get an email reply until the next day. Videos for installation is pretty much not useable. I can't believe there is not separate bags labled for each set of screws. Vendor knows there is already some direciton problems when they let you know screw pictures are actual size. Preset screw holes are too small and not aligned so screws would only going 1/4 of the way or the drawers don't close smoothly when done. I had to either drill the hole bigger or screw in a bigger screw, unscrew the bigger screw, and then screw in the correct screw for it to fit. This was done for 16 holes after realizing the hole was too small for the actual size screw that was need for job. Using a hand held screw driver will not work and you arm will be sore the next day with blisters on your hand. You need a highly powerful electric screw driver or a ratchet with a screw driver bit. Would think twice before buying more Bush Industries furniture. It's ashamed because I like it so far.

Well built, but take your time
The cabinet is the appropriate size and well built. Not sure it will be truly mobile on a carpet since the casters aren't that large. Materials are solid, the usual veneered press board with the usual locking mechanisms.Construction is not difficult, but give yourself plenty of time, especially if you're not used to a lot of construction motions. Use of a power screwdriver is not recommended as you might over tighten and strip threads. A few items in the instructions could be clearer. another reason to slow the pace.
