Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Spring Kit - Fits 2009-2024 Ram 1500-57365

It’s a pretty simple process. Remove spring. Remove bottom bolt of shock and you have all the clearance you need. Cut the bump stop, grind flush, paint surface then start the mounting process. It took me about 4 1/2 hours start to finish but I had everything you could ask for at my disposal working in a friends shop with the truck on a lift. Can be done on the ground but it’ll probably take a bit longer. Would give a better rating but one of the bags is currently leaking and I havnt found the leak yet. Will update on here when I find the leak and speak with customer service. For now I’m only giving 1 star because of this darn bag leaking. It’s a real bummer because no matter what I have to take it all back a part once I figure out if it’s going to get repaired or replaced. Will update soon. Update, the bag was not leaking. When I installed the provided brass elbow for air fitting I guess it just wasnt tight enough. These bags are amazing! And when paired with an on board compressor = perfection. Just this weekend I loaded my truck with 4500 lbs of wet top soil and aired the bags up to about 60 and I swear to you my truck floated like a Cadillac the whole way home! Best upgrade I’ve ever made to my truck! 10 stars would do again!

Good product got it installed on my truck right away makes a world of difference when towing makes the truck tow much better because you’re able to even out the load so the toes without the suspension being bottomed out

Used to help level out my 2016 ram 1500 when pulling our travel trailer. Truck sagged like crazy, I installed these myself never doing anything like before. Was not to difficult to install as long as you get the truck up high enough to work. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a better ride when towing, well worth the money.

Installed these on a buddy's 2018 RAM. Fairly easy install. You must be a little mechanically minded but can be done in a few hours. One thing to do is undo the sway bar to allow the rear to lower to easily remove coil springs to remove bump stop and drill mounting holes.

Difficult to install, and takes about more time than advertised. My truck handles a heavier trailer load easily, but my RAM 1500 does ride a lot chopper than without the kit. I advise anyone who is thinking of purchasing this Lift kit to review just how much load you are going to place in your truck, and if you do not intend to level 5,000 pounds; Just opt for the internal Spring Air bags with the lifetime warranty. They are much less expensive, and they will easily handle an extra 1,000 pounds on your truck. Those other bags will be Better for towing trailers under 1,000 pound young weight, and unloaded: Your truck will ride much better.

The performance of this product works as advertised. I use it on my half-ton pickup for tugging a small 5th wheel. With just 10-15 lbs of pressure in the bags (I split them and air them independently) I was able to properly level the camper and absorb the occasional road trip fluctuation of tongue weight over the rear axle in my truck. Really makes a difference. Good product. Method: Took cutting out the axle limit bumper stops to use this product in my 2018 RAM pickup. Keep these bumpers in case you decide to remove the system later or install the bags in another vehicle.

Installed in less than 3 hours the first time I ever installed them on a vehicle. Improved sag and stability amazingly. 2nd truck I have these on (1st one came with them already on) Preparing to install them on a 3rd truck as soon as I can afford them. Will never own another truck without them.

I have a 2011 ram 1500 and these bags fit perfectly into it. Now I can tow my camper with no problem of squatting.

I was hesitant on getting these do to all the negative comment people stating that they are hard to install and there is allot of cutting grinding ect those people that thought these were hard to install should not work on there own vehicles the install was easy super easy yes there is cutting and grinding but well worth it I camp allot with a 700 lb atv I haul along with all my camping gear these made the biggest difference no more embarrassing squat no more dangerous feeling swaying on the highway well well worth every penny great quality everything built to last. highly recommend installed in 2015 ram 1500 5.7

As advertised, the installation wasn't too difficult. Working in my driveway, the toughest part was finding a way to get the truck high enough off of the ground to allow the axle to sag sufficiently. Not only high enough, but also stable enough to feel comfortable working under there. I highly recommend lowing the spare tire to get it out of your way first. In my mind, the 5000 series is a total winner. Lifts the truck with ease, no air leaks and feels smooth. If I could, I'd give it 4.99 stars because they cheaped out and didn't supply a 1/4" Tee fitting for a single schrader valve installation.
