We are extremely pleased with the coffee maker. It brews quickly, consistently and the flavor is excellent every time. We are a busy office and the double carafe is important for our coffee loving team. The machine is easy to use, simple to clean and looks great on our counter. What impressed me most was the customer service provided by the Sybo Team. When we had a question about set up and any issues our email was quickly answered. Very good coffee maker! The coffee comes out hot and tastes great. I like that it’s durable and easy to use, perfect for stores, offices, or small businesses. The stainless steel design looks elegant and professional. It also brews a good amount of coffee and keeps it warm very well. So far, it has been working excellently and feels like great quality. First, this will not work exactly like your old one - and it shouldn’t. It’s going to be as good or better, but you may need to adjust your coffee input. 2. I’m getting coffee at 190-195 deg F. About right, but hotter than my old one. 3. You need to manually turn off the heater when it stops brewing. That’s a good thing. Leaving it on uses energy and runs the risk of overheating. 4. The brew time is about 10 minutes for a full carafe (12 6-oz cups). That’s slower than my old one but fast enough. However, I’m grinding a little bit coarser now to compensate. It was over-extracting and giving some bitterness. A coarser grind fixes this. 5. The filter basket is very tight to slide in. I hope this loosens with use. Overall, I’m very pleased. I work for very good coffee and I want it exactly the same every day. This will do it.

This coffee maker is great. Makes multiple pots a day in our service shop. Have had no issues with it.

This coffee pot was purchased in November 2025. I have 3 issues. 1. The hole in the silver filter holder is too small, brews very slow due to this. 2. Coffee pot plugged into a GCFI outlet and has blown the outlet several times. Continue to shut off due to this. Per a licensed electrician, there is an issue within the coffee pot that this keeps happening which can be a fire hazard. 3. There should be a return policy on this product longer than 30 days. I now have to order a new one and I think that after only having for 6 months, there should be a warranty on this or return policy longer than 30 days.

This coffee machine, while a little slow to make coffee (15 minutes for a full pot) has worked well. That is until this morning, when I added water, it came pouring out the side and bottom of the machine. It will no longer hold any water. What a mess. I bought this machine in September 2024 and make on average one pot a day. Updated: SYBO replaced the unit with a new one. This one is working great so far, still a little slow, but it works properly.

This is the best coffee maker for our office. It is affordable, but it is the same product as more expensive brands. Their customer service is top-notch. The quality exceeded my expectations. Very well made and durable. Everything works as described and I use the machine everyday to make coffee! The customer support is being really helpful since day one when I purchased the product!

I bought this coffee maker for Lions club . We have had several bunn coffee makers. This is the best one we could have bought . It was a great price and does not require the us to preheat it for 20 min as it makes coffee i 2 mins and is always hot

Very Poorly made. You get what you pay for and this isn't worth even the few hundred dollars. I received mine in February and now in May, doesn't work. Buyer beware!
