Twice daily
This is a great price for Amla, one bottle lasts for 2 months. I've been taking one 500mg capsule twice daily for months for its various benefits. It's a strong antioxidant with benefits for maintaining healthy glucose and acid levels. Don't take both capsules together though, spacing them out as 1 capsule twice daily works better.

Amla fruit is highly nutritious, rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. These Amla fruit capsules when tasted are sour in taste and slightly sweet after swallowing with water, shows the same property of Amla fruit. These are pure and natural , good herbal supplement to improve health.
