Stanley Proto J9500B Proto 10PC Screw Extractor, Red, Standard

I use these on buried galvanized piping, that is so rusted out, if you try to back piping out of fittings, the pipe will crumble. Jus to cut off piping near a fitting and drive in. Works like as charm every time. Circumstances dont get much worse, and these have never failed. Best extractors for piping I have used

fantastic. wished it actually came with the drill bits but it’s ok. smashed the extractor into a 1” bolt that was drilled out and me and another guy put our 12” crescent wrenches 180 degrees from each other and put all that we could on them. the bolt didn’t come loose (until heating it after) but the extractor survived the ordeal and was undamaged. Best ones on the market. Worth spending the money on a tool that’s designed to save your ass in the first place.

love this set. use to remove broken brass water fittings at work and works great.

Great set Iv used them a good bit now and have only broke the tip off the smallest one so far. Just filed it back down and good to go. Make sure you get them in the hole good enough

This broken bolt extractor by Proto is the real deal. Quality product. This extractor set will last for many, many years.

Remove broken pipe nipple from a agricultural spray rig manifold. Tool not cheap but a lot cheaper than a new manifold and time/labor/money/downtime to replace the manifold.

I just broke my first extractor today but one thing that cant be bashed about those proto usa extractor is the metal itself... it is actually very strong because I was not able to drill through it. those are real good extractor i guess. Why did I break one? The Mixture/process is good, but the molding failed. I went gently and it broke.
