Great for beginners
This band offers the right amount of resistance. I'm a beginner (I mean I'm skinny๐) and this allows me to do the basic resistance band exercises and have me sweating by the end of it. Especially good for forearms, biceps, and shoulder centric workouts. But to be honest, you can target any muscle group as long as you can find the exercise.

It's very useful for beginners.
The product is good but it can be break at point where handle of resistance band is connected with a rubber tube. And product is quite expensive use this product from last 8 months and nothing bad happen.

poor quality it seems
was disappointed with the quality as it started sticking in the hand like as if someone had wiped it with glue i thought it would be a nice choice that i had made i had to put tape all around it so that i can use it for workout
