This stuff is a life saver - acid reflux and indigestion being a common issue. Works well and almost immediately with no side effects. I've been using Brioschi for years until they went out of business I guess, this is just as good. Wish the price was a bit better considering this stuff is not all that expensive to make, but it looks like these guys have no competition so they can charge what they want. I think most of the cost is in the glass jar and shipping of the glass jar - why use glass?

Someone told my wife about this, so we thought we would give it a try as I have issues with acid reflux/heartburn etc... pretty much with whatever I eat. Forget it if I eat anything spicy etc... All the time with tums and Zantac... I was surprised to find that this really helps, even if I eat late and go to bed soon after, which is a definite no no for me. I like the taste as well - what else can I say - IT WORKS!

Anytime you feel you have eaten too much or just need something refreshing for your stomach after a meal, this will do the trick. Results are immediate and it has a refreshing lemony flavor. Similar to Brioschi but although taste not as good, is cheaper per gram. Shipped in glass with odd and cumbersome packing, but it works and glass may keep it fresh longer than the plastic used by Brioschi.

It looks like Brioschi but doesn't foam up quite as strongly. It also is sweetened, which seems to me a little counterproductive, since it might stimulate the production of more acid. It does the job, though not quite as well as Brioschi, which, though more expensive, simply can't be beat. UPDATE: I forgot to mention that there is a perfectly good and less expensive alternative to Galeffi and Brioschi and that is Picot. It comes in little packets. Drop the contents of a packet into about 4 oz of water (1/2 cup) and it fizzes. Drink it while it's fizzing. It works. It tastes of lemon and is unsweetened. And yes, you can buy it on Amazon.

I swear by this stuff, I have it before every meal because it helps me never feel bloated or have heartburn.

I use to use Brioschi which was good but I had a hard time finding it in Florida. Someone told me to order a jar of Galeffi Effervescent on Amazon and I liked it better than Brioschi it is the same thing. Everyone should have a jar in their household it was a lifesaver for my father years ago when he felt like he was having a heart attack. My mom reached for the Brioschi mixed it in a glass of water made my father drink the pleasant tasting bubbly mixture and minutes later he started burping non stop and felt so better It was just bad indigestion which any one of us can get any time. There is nothing else out on the market that can help you like this product. I will never be without it this bubbly product has helped me with indigestion many times. After you drink it you feel so much better. TRY IT.......... It is so worth the money to have a jar home
