Great tension relief
I use this product regularly at night to release tension that builds during the day. If I get a headache or a muscle cramp during the day, I will take two tablets at that time but still take two tabs at night. This nightime regimen helps me to drift off to sleep. NOTE: please follow the directions on the bottle and do not take more than eight tabs in a 24-hr period.
