Good
This is an excellent bad that you can cut up in different sizes and make different size watercolor and drawing art it is really more for drawing and then light watercoloring so it works really well for that type of medium

Pleasure to use, great price, good learner's paper
As a beginner in watercolor, I have tried many papers that made my learning journey more difficult. I have been looking for a paper that was reasonably priced and did not get in the way. I have certainly given this paper a workout in lifting color, too much water, layering and lifting after dry etc. So far, I have had no piling or sign of paper deterioration and am very pleased with how it performs. I love 100% cotton paper, but don't want to use it except for final efforts. At this point, this paper has held up so well, I would not mind using it for framing. For my type of art, that is animals and plants, it works fine. I dont do large washes. Will update review if experience changes, but would recommend to give it a try. Update 3-30-20: beginners lesson learned to share. I completed the painting and noticed some pilling in certain areas. The areas where I used a regular pencil eraser to lighten my sketch pilled in some areas. Where I used a kneaded eraser did not. Recommend using a kneaded eraser to lift the graphite prior to painting with this paper.

It's OK paper
If you're looking for a paper that is cheap, and close to arches. This is not it. The water sits on top of the paper and it's buckles and warps very bad. But if you want to test a painting before using your more expensive papers, this is it. I like that it's small enough to fit in my bag too. It does not spread off though so that's a plus.

Not the best paper out there.
My art teacher was not pleased with my choice. It buckles when really wet.

Good quality, worked well for acrylic painting.
What I really liked about this paper is it's thickness. It's a nice heavy weight and would work well with multiple different medias. The only thing that I didn't really like was the glue did not hold the pages in. Other than that it's still a pretty great deal.

High Water Absorbency, Resistant to Damage
I've used several different brands of high quality watercolour paper, and this is just the best. It will even take a certain amount of scrubbing before pilling. And it has really high water-absorbency which grants you more time to work wet on wet. Now I've discovered this French high quality paper (made from cotton fibres), I won't be buying any other brand. It comes in a pad that you pull off sheets to paint on, mask-taped to a support, and also a ring-bound pad which you can paint onto directly then remove later, or just keep as a collection on the pad. (They even do a small pad (5.5 x 8.5) for watercolour sketching/plein aire, and it's ring-bound so it opens fully!) They do several sizes , btw., not just these two.

Ótimo custo benefício.
Papel de celulose, mas de fabricação mould made. Resiste bem a técnica wet on wet e correções. Excelente papel, superior ao Montval tradicional e consegui comprar na promoção com valor similar ao tradicional.

So SO worth the money for beginners as well as skilled artists
I have tried EVERY sort of watercolour paper, Arches, Strathmore, Stonehenge, fluid, Canson mixed media etc... This is by far and away my favourite. I was truly skeptical because I generally hate Canson paper, but It's high quality 100% Cottam rag in a cold pressed finish. If you can get it at the add-on price, do! This stuff is worth the full price but the add-on price is insane! I stocked up and bought 5 recently.
