Nature's Bounty Gentle Iron 28 mg Capsules, 90 Count

I have been using Nature's Bounty Gentle Iron 28 mg Capsules for a few weeks now, and it has made a huge difference. I had always had a problem with regular iron supplements causing nausea and an upset stomach. This supplement has never caused that problem, so I’m no able to get some extra iron daily without any issues. Very glad I gave it a try and I’ve been taking it daily for years.

I was slightly anemic. Have been taking these for 4 months & feel better. I haven’t had my bloodwork done yet but I definitely have more energy & am less fatigued. It’s also very gentle on my stomach & easy to swallow. I take it on an empty stomach with Vitamin C for better absorption.

Very easy and gentle on the stomach. I was scared to buy it at first because all the iron I’ve ever taken makes me feel very bad but this is good. Of course take with a meal. I take mine at night

After trying other ineffective iron supplements, I gave the Nature’s Bounty Gentle Iron a try for a couple of months. This supplement worked - no more anemia and my iron levels are right in the middle of the “normal” range. It really is easy on the stomach as well. It’s now part of my daily regimen.

I am a blood donor so these Iron tablets help me stay within the needed amount of iron level to give blood. I do not lose energy and I feel good. Easy to swallow.

I was recently told that I had low iron and it was suggested that I start taking iron supplements. I always buy nature's bounty supplements so it was a no-brainer to get this product. I've had no discomfort whatsoever after taking this for 2 weeks. We'll see how it has an effect on my iron level when my blood is screened the next time. The size of the capsule isn't too bad, but I also have no problem taking pills.
