How far apart are the two bars on the bottom of the log rack? They look quite far apart. Most commercially available logs and firewood are cabout 20cm

They are about 35cm - it is one of the big issues with the rack - normal size logs just fall through the bottom. We put an extra base on it - but it's not brilliant. The sides are also too wide so, without mods, the logs have nothing to constrain them.

Is this frame a 100% 2M high

No, it is only 1.17m high ( or46"). But it is almost 2m (actual 1.95m) long. Hope this helps.

Does the roof not collapse with pools of water when it rains? I see no central support. I wonder how it will fair in rain, let alone snow fall.

That's easily remedied - I usually make sure that the stack is built up so that there is a peak in the middle. When the cover is then on the peak causes slopes on either side and this usually stops the build up of rain water. The cover is pretty sturdy and none of my logs has ever got wet. I hope this is useful.
