Unsure whether is a legitimate product
I received four packets of this product in this shipment. Red sandalwood does not have a smell like the normal sandalwood but is supposed to be good for blemish reduction and in beauty concoctions. I have only started using it after hearing everyone in the beauty industry praising it. The effects are yet to be seen but I use it as a scrub along with wild turmeric powder. this chandan leaves a reddish tint and can make you look red (almost like haldi leaves a yellow tint) but that is not a problem to me. I use this as a facial scrub as its grains are slightly rough and not smooth powdery against the facial skin; once rose water or any other liquid is added to it I guess it swells as most woods would. I would still like to see the results so I will keep using it. Is it value for money? Yes, I think so. But does it make a difference on your skin fast? NO! Like most natural remedies this will require patience. Just don't over exfoliate your face with it. Edit : changing my review to call it absolute garbage.
