How long is the handle? I have a spray mop but have to lean over to use it, very uncomfortable, and I'm not tall!

Hello, there is a lid on the bottle, turn it counterclockwise to unscrew the lid, put the water into the bottle, then turn it clockwise to close the lid.

What are the dimensions of the pads. Are replacement pads available

The pads are 16" by 6". Yes you can buy replacement pads. I bought some on Amazon. The extra ones I bought are a little different material than the ones that came with the mop, but are the same size and style, and are still made for the vinyl flooring I have.
