Love this patio set! It’s beautiful, comfortable and I rate this item 10/10! I got lucky that all the parts came in one box (very large+heavy box though)! Thank god none of the pieces were broken. All parts correctly labeled except one item didn’t have a label. I made one mistake and had to unscrew because of the missing label piece. The ottoman leg had screw hole on the wrong side. Instead of contacting support for a new part I just drilled two new holes and saved months of time waiting for a replacement lol. After, I put a waterproof cover that I zip tied to the back of the sofa for easy on/off. (Just tuck behind sofa when sofa is being used). I am a 110lb, 30yr old girl and I did this all by myself in 3hrs. (I’m sure you can do it faster)! Very easy, clear instructions. I will update this review if something bad happens with the sofa. For now, it’s perfect and I highly recommend you get this item!

I'm a veteran of many assemble-it-yourself furniture purchases. This is well designed. Each piece is sturdy and solid. It can be arranged to look like it does in the picture.However. The "sofa" is shipped as three chairs you must assemble and then latch together with pre-installed hardware. This hardware is not fitted correctly and will not hold your chairs together. I'm planning to get some zip ties... but that's not what I bought.Also, The manufacture of the wood pieces you are sent is very haphazard. Not only are the side pieces that make up the legs and backs of the chairs different sizes (again, making for a most un-sofa-like appearance, but one of mine arrive with a hole drilled into the top. Both of these defects are shown in pictures. On of the legs of my table also had a chip repaired with wood filler.Finally, while these pieces are meant for outside, the variation in finish is distracting at best and downright irritating at worst. With any natural wood product, you expect differences in color. What you don't expect is for some pieces to be slightly varnished, others to be unfinished but nicely sanded, and still others to have received only a very rough sanding.The final product is not comfortable, but is fine for lounging. It looks fine, if you can get past the idea that it's supposed to be a sofa.I would expect that anything that looks pretty much like this design (whatever the brand) comes out of the same factory, and I would stay away.I would expect that this and all pieces

I wanted to love this item, but it arrived with a missing piece that we will have to repair ourselves since we saw it only after building the other chairs... and one of the chair pieces also came apart as we were building carefully (not applying any weight!). Also, the holes don’t all align which makes building frustrating and more difficult with tools supplied... definitely feel like a discount is warranted on this piece since it was damaged upon arrival... super disappointed and would probably tell others to look at different brand/store...

Really difficult to assemble. I've put together a lot of furniture and this was bad. Every single screw stripped out before even being fully screwed in. The angles where some of the screws need to be drilled in means you can't use a drill - you have to use the allen key. It's just really poorly designed. But it does fit on my balcony and is fairly comfortable, the cushions dry easily when rained on, and it looks pretty nice. For the cost, a more straightforward assembly would be ideal.

Overall I am happy with my purchase, but due to some challenges during assembly I am unable to give higher than three stars. A couple small pieces were broken, but easy to repair since have adhesive and tools on hand. Some of the pieces were not labeled, or mislabeled, which made construction more frustrating than it needed to be. Also, some of the pre-drilled holes weren’t aligned well which was also frustrating. Due to the placement of the bolts, you are unable to use a drill so everything is hand cranked by an Allen wrench. Once repaired and assembled it’s beautiful and comfortable. While it is modular, it is really difficult to hook/unhook the clips that hold the pieces together... so we don’t plan on reconfiguring it.

I really liked the look of this set - the color and the wood and with the ottoman, but sadly I had to return it. The backs to the seats are LOW. They are NOT as pictured :( You couldn't lean back and get comfortable.
