Does exactly what it says on the tin
I used this on an old tiled roof which had been leaking because some of the tiles were cracked and the leadwork needed replacing. This is a far cheaper solution than replacing the roof, and worked perfectly: it even 'glued' the lead back to where it should be. No more leaks! Even in the winter storms, with driving rain and wind. Easy to paint on any surface using a masonry paint brush. Be prepared to bin the brush afterwards; it'll be ruined. Superb product, heartily recommended.

A transparent, though pungent, solution for roof leaks
This was applied to a felt roof which had had a small leak - being transparent, it doesn't seem too obvious but it does add a more reflective coat so does show under close inspection. Paint consistency is very thick, making it easy to slather on as per the instructions, while giving your brush hand a good workout! The surface remains sticky after drying so will tend to collect debris more. However (touch wood) it does seem to have worked so far in fixing the leak. The product safety warnings should be carefully observed. Even while wearing a facemask and outside, the fumes were noticeable. This is very much an outdoors product.

Very impressed. Performed exactly as stated and sorted my leaky roof.
Used this to repair/seal a lead lined bay window roof and I am very impressed. The tin arrived in perfect condition, the lid was securely sealed with metal clips and the contents were complete. Tips: mix/stir very well before use to make sure the fibreglass strands are mixed back into the paint (only the black and grey paints I think). Wear a good quality face mask as the paint gives off very strong vapours. The instructions warn you of this. Apply a couple of coats depending on the nature of and damage to the surface being painted. I applied 3 coats to be sure, but the 3rd was overkill to be honest. Very pleased and impressed with the product. It's sorted the problem for me.

Effective waterproofing
Product was a bit thicker than I was expecting, like the viscosity of nail polish. Very easy to apply and it dried well. Has waterproofed a crack in the render of our house and the rain no longer comes in! Only used a fraction of the tub, it goes a long way. Very strong smell to it though and it's very difficult to wash off brushes so just had to bin it. Overall, I'm very pleased with it.

Product seems fine, but customer service poor.
Seems to work OK, goes on easily - but too early to say if it actually works. On the tin it says in large letters READ THE ENCLOSED LEAFLET BEFORE USING - but there was no 'enclosed leaflet'. I left a message for the seller, and got a reply saying that they didn't send the leaflet anymore (for 'environmental' reasons - yeah right, in other words to save on printing costs and the bother of sending it out, more like...), and that I should consult their website, where I would find the information. No link, no website address. I tracked it down via Google, but couldn't find any 'information' or any clue as to where it might be. Sent them another message, and got no reply. Not impressed.

does the job
i used it on a resin water feature that i've tried all sorts of other things on and they have not worked. this seems really good so far but its early days. i also used it on a damp corner wall. it dries glossy so make sure you keep it neat because it will show. i used a small roller and it was very easy to put on - liberally. i did it on a warm sunny day.i ensured i completed the job as quickly as possible. i didnt keep going over it. do a proper job the 1st time and you'll be ok. wear gloves, very sticky. strong smelling but it wears off when dry.

Good product
I like this product, but it sometimes requires two coats amd needs to be applied quite thickly.

Effective
We bought this to seal an old fibreglass water feature which had sprung a slow leak. It was tricky getting the sealer into all the nooks and crannies of the pump sump, but that's not a complaint against the sealer. Imagine 'painting' a the inside of your hallway through the letterbox. As I was unsure whether my arm was long enough to reach unseen into the distant recesses and achieve a good seal, after a couple of days, I treated the bottom exterior surface too. A separate test on a small stainless steel dish with small holes torn in it was far more easily assessed, it sealed well with a dab of sealer on both sides. This is now used as a bird water dish. Both treatments have been successful and remain waterproof after three days use. Coverage thoughts - Given the nature of the fibreglass water feature task, I was unsure whether I'd be pouring it in and swilling it around to achieve a quick and easy seal, however, on opening the 500mL tin, it became apparent the viscosity of the sealer made this impractical - it needed to be painted on. For this I used an old brush I didn't mind discarding, since cleaning would be fraught with messy issues and time consuming. In total, I have probably covered about 1.5 square metres area, which has used just over half the 500mL tin. That might not sound like much, but it adhered to the surface and covered well - I was trying to achieve a decent thick coat, going much further than I thought it would. Should the need arise, I would definitely buy again.

Applied to chimney flashing leak. this stuff finds holes and seals. Thin and flows enough to get into cracks yet thick enough to control where you want it. Used many different roof patches and sealers, this one beats everything. One application, no more leaks.

Takes awhile to get, but works as described and stopped the leak as advertised.

The product works great. I had two water leaks and I brushed the leak fix in the area on the shingles and we had a rain the next day and not a drop leaked in. Thanks

This stuff is exactly what I have been looking for. Other products were very thick and after only a year on my roof have started to split. In fact this stuff is so good it has kept the rain away from our home, except for a couple of showers, for about 3 months now! Regrettably, our water bill has gone up keeping the yard alive. :)
