Baby Bjorn quality!!
I wouldnโt hesitate to order this. Amazing quality. We never had any issues that it doesnโt come with a zipper. Easy to put baby in it and out. She loves looking at us through the mesh and the mattress is thicker than competitors. Wish ordered this way before.

Functional and Simple
Perfect! We love these simple sheets to protect our babies travel crib and give her a soft surface when we are on the go.

Comfortable, safe travel crib
We used this as my sonโs main crib for 4 months while we were in escrow/renovating our house. At first, I purchased a pack n play, and I immediately returned it because the mattress in the pack n play was so thin and I couldnโt imagine having my baby sleep on it for an extended period of time. It was also not easy or quick to set up or tear down. I thoroughly researched alternate travel cribs and narrowed it down to the Bjorn and the Lotus. I decided on this one because of the mattress and the ease of set up and tear down. Here are the things I love about it: -it takes less than a minute to set up or tear down. -the mattress is thick and comfortable -it can fit through doorways -it is very lightweight and compact for travel -it looks nice So, now for the things I donโt love -it is kind of an awkward shape (think super large briefcase) when in itโs case, and wonโt fit in a duffle-style roller luggage. I had to buy a large, rectangle rolling suitcase in order to pack it and not have to pay the fee to only check the travel crib. - this was not an issue for us, but if you nurse or rock your baby to sleep, it is hard to lay your baby down (especially if youโre short) because the mattress sits on the floor. The Lotus has a zipper on the bottom, so you can lay with your baby in the crib if need be. In all, I donโt think you can go wrong with either, but I would 100% purchase this again and I recommend it to all my friends.

Comfortable and easy set up
Pros: 30 seconds to set up and take down. Mattress is comfortable. We have a belly sleeper 8 month old so the mesh sides have me peace of mind when she rolled her face into the side. Carrying case is easy to travel with and big enough to get it re-packed easily. Sturdy- our baby stood up and pulled on the edges it still held up really well. Cons: mattress isn't breathable. Our girl is 8 months so I know she can turn her head but for a younger baby I might worry if they sleep face down. We used this with the portable hatch machine. I love how small it is because it's easy to travel with and fits in a small hotel bathroom. We put her in the bathroom to sleep because there's no windows so it's blacked out, with our monitor on the bathroom counter. Worked great, we usually use the newton mattress at home. She slept from 8pm-6am with one minor wake up at 3am. Just like at home!

Perfect
We recently switched the the babybjorn travel crib after a few disastrous trips with an uncomfortable pack and play. (Come to find out my baby isn't a fan of sleeping on steel bars with only a thin mattress as padding -- who knew?) First of all, the travel crib is awesome. Secondly, the sheet is equally awesome. Coming from the world of pack and plays, where sheets are loose and "gappy," it's a breath of fresh air. It's super soft, and it fits the crib mattress to a T. I considered an off-brand that was a lower price, but after so many ill-fitting pack and play sheets, I just wanted to be certain I was getting something that would be a sure bet. My baby slept 13 hours straight the first night we put him in this travel crib and on this sheet (in a strange hotel room). Such a sigh of relief -- I highly recommend!

Missing some basic features
This is the sheet made for the BabyBjorn Travel Crib Light. You should NOT use sheets that are not specifically made for the travel crib because they can cause scrunching which can lead to SIDS. Unfortunately, because these sheets are so overpriced and a lot of parents are not better informed, a lot of people go with the knockoffs. I have no idea why this particular sheet is so expensive - other than the perfect fit (a necessity), there is nothing special about it. It doesn't even have holes for where the red tags on the mattress are supposed to be pulled through and attached to the frame (a feature of the Arm's Reach co-sleeper sheets!). As a result, the sheet does not fit as nicely as it should and I gave it 4 stars. BabyBjorn needs to lower the price and/or make the sheets with appropriate holes.

Love it!
This travel crib has been such a lifesaver for us! Itโs lightweight, easy to fold and unfold, and very convenient to take on trips or even just use around the house. The compact design makes it simple to pack in the car, and it doesnโt take up much space when stored. The mesh sides give great visibility and airflow, which makes me feel better about safety. My baby sleeps comfortably in it, and I like that the mattress pad is supportive without being too bulky. The only downside is that putting the cover back on can take a little extra effort, but once you get the hang of it, itโs not a big deal. Overall, itโs a durable, portable, and reliable optionโI highly recommend it for travel or grandparentsโ houses.

??? Guava Lotus (or) BabyBjorn Light+ ???
??? Guava Lotus (or) BabyBjorn Light+ ??? Answer: We got the BabyBjorn, but inmy opinion, it boils down to 3 factors/differences between the two: 1.) How much do you hate checking-in luggage versus carry-on luggage on an airplane? 2.) Do you really need the side zipper access on the Guava? (E.g. some shorter ladies might need the side access) 3.) How much do you care about the mattress being soft? 1.) if you truly do hate checking-in luggage, then just get the Guava. Because the BabyBjorn doesnโt qualify as a carry-on on the airplane. To be clear, both products are well designed for travel (I.e. assemble/disassemble easily, carry bags are good, etc). But only the Guava is small enough to be carried on. Plus, it has some cool backpack straps, but thatโs not a huge gain in my book. 2.) if you really need the side zipper access, then go with Guava. The side zipper was a cool feature, and honestly, it was not as loud as some of the reviews made it sound to be. Both my wife and I are tall enough where when we bend over, itโs not a huge pain. But I could see how someone who is shorter or for whatever reason just has an easier time with the side zipper. 3.) if you value the mattress being softer and more comfortable, then get the BabyBjorn. The Guava mattress feels kind of cheap and thin. Most every other factor in my opinion is close enough where it doesnโt matter between the two. The decision will boil down to these 3 noticeable differences. Personally, we ended up going with the Baby Bjorn. The reasons are as follows: 1.) regarding the carry-on ability, although we sometimes do travel by plane, we end up checking-in some luggage anyway. So the carry-on ability of the guava doesnโt even matter. Plus, my carry-on is usually my own backpack anyway. Also, if we are traveling, but just by car for example, this feature is moot. 2.) regarding the side zipper, it is a cool feature, but not necessary for our size as parents. So this for us became a feature that we didnโt need and didnโt have a strong desire for. 3.) regarding the mattress, the BabyBjorn is noticeably more soft in terms of the mattress. The Guava felt cheap to be honest. We felt like the extra comfort would be worth it, especially if that helped our baby sleep better at night. Whatโs the point if you can carry-on the travel crib if the baby doesnโt like sleeping in it. 4.) my wife also preferred the aesthetic appearance of the BabyBjorn over the Guava. So that made the decision easier. Anyway, we were really torn between the two for a long time until we bought both and tested them out. Thatโs what we found out. Hope this helps other people.
