these work great
Bought these for my son as a Christmas gift. He loves them. He said he can cool a stock pot of broth in less than 30 minutes using both of the paddles.

Thin plastic paddles
You ask why I give a 1 rating. Simple. I own a manufacturing business. After using these paddles for 35 days to coll down hot soups in a zero degrees freezer they begin to crack. When that happens the product they are becomes contaminated and it becomes a loss. How convenient you can’t return the paddles to Amazon after 35 days.

This product does the job!
We purchased this product to use with our crock pot soups. We put it in the soup and within 30 minutes it has reached an acceptable temperature according to standards. It is easy to clean and reuse.

Don't bother, doesn't last
This is my 2nd order and both times it has cracked. This recent order made in Aug 2022 , the item lasted one month before cracking. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the product. Never purchasing from this vendor again.
