Prob better with mild constipation, better than saline!

Unfortunately, this particular enema did not work very well for me. That being said I must mention I do suffer from chronic constipation. Although, I do think it’s better than just a typical Saline enema. I’m definitely an exception due to my extreme IBS. I think it would work better for a healthy body and just mild constipation!

More effective than the mineral oil version. Will buy again, highly recommend! Ive tried various types of oral laxatives, and this highly accomplished the purpose.
