I have been taking omega 3 in the form of flaxseed oil for sometime due to the health benefits. I was really pleased to find this vegan product which contains high levels of omega 3. The capsules are not too big so are ok to swallow. They do smell of spirulina but fortunately they do not taste! I have many Nu U Nutrition products in my cupboard as it is a brand I really do trust.

This is a quality product which is different from its competitors given the vegan credentials. The fact the Omega 3 is harvested from the algae the fish eat, rather than the fish themselves, was what clinched my purchase. Nu Nutrition products are of a quality and this one is no different. The capsules are soft and pliable - surely assisting the ease with which they are swallowed. And the bottle is very good value, lasting two months.

These are good vitamins for the price you pay, they're easy to swallow, they can be quite big so do beware if you struggle with swallowing but I found having a sip of water beforehand really helped them go down. The reason I stopped using these was because the last batch I had come in stunk, the first has no smell at all but I think some have melted together or come open and the stench is horrifying. It smells like gone off fish and algae, which of course is what they are made out of but not something you patciularly wish to taste. Hence why I stopped, its a little hard to take them with that scent around. I have two bottles in and I will be using them because they do help, but if you have a sensitive nose and good taste yes. Just be a small bit careful! I just close my eyes, throw them in and swallow as quick as I can whilst trying to drown myself in water so no taste arrives. I dont believe its the manufacturers fault, and in no way do I want the company to look bad because they work perfectly, its just a shame the taste is really bad :L Otherwise with these vitamins they really do work!

Can’t give as good a review as I’d like as only taking the Vits a week but with knowledge of the-quality of products form Nu I have no doubt I will soon be feeling the benefit from these oil capsules My optician is always checking I’m getting enough Omegas as at 70 my eyes need as much help as they can get along with other aged bits of me Update 20/09/19 I’ve been taking the tabs for a few weeks now and really feel the benefit Omegas are so important but by replacing my usual with these I’ve been really impressed and will continue to get them from Nu Infact I’ve been well impressed with all the tabs I’ve tried from Nu and will continue purchasing from them instead of my usual high st herbal shop

At £9.99 these are a great price. This is my second order and have replaced my previous regular brand. The two gel capsule dosage provides the over 500mg of dha (double the lowest recommended intake), and unlike many supplements they don't contain synthetic vitamin E. The vegan shell is soft and they're small enough to be easy to take without issue. I take these and hemp seed oil and they do amazing things for my skin allergies and inflammation, hair health and bone comfort. At this price I'll continue ordering and taking these. Also, I keep them refrigerated, anyone who isn't used to the natural algae scent (which just shows it's natural ingredients) might consider doing the same, thank me later.

So I've bought this twice now - I originally selected them as they were marine based but vegan (I'm not vegan but the mercury and devastation of fish stocks disturbs me...) I showed them along with a couple of other options to my doctor and she rated them. So far I am happy using them. the only down side is considering they are vegan they have a bizarrely fishy smell/taste so you want to swallow them quickly, that said they are very slim little capsules so super easy to swallow...

Bought after comparing price and DHA weight. Obviously have no way to test their claims regarding DHA content so can only take it in good faith but at least they are easy to swallow and there are bad smell or taste so all good there.

I am a full convert to Nu U Nutrition & feel the benefits from these Omega 3 algae capsules along with other supplements have reduced aches from arthritis in hand joints and knees. Also feel I am helping prevent any heart problems in the future. Good company and answer any questions. Iv marked 4 stars on overall rating because about 3/4 through the capsules they were oily and sticking together and then I found out that 1 had burst and had leaked but as I have nearly finished them it wasn't worth contacting NU U.
