Ok so I’m embarrassed. I left this first review at 2 stars. I had to come back and fix it. Silly me. My daughter pressed the caps lock button and was typing in all caps. 🫣 I didn’t realize it. I thought the game was putting it that way. I apologize for my first review below. Loving the game now. Lol Original review 👇 I ordered this game for my daughter (9yr) to practice as part of her schooling. She liked it at first but said it was to hard. I thought I would show her how it works and get her excited for what was to come if she kept at it. 😒 my words per minute was 20 with the goal being 4. I messed up on one letter and got accuracy of 22%. 😳 so I did it again and this time got 21 wpm and didn’t mess up. I got 22% accuracy. 🤯 how is she supposed to be encouraged to keep practicing if there is no reward? At least tell them they need 10 stars or something but no it just says , try again. Even if your 100% in the win. Not worth it. I was so excited. Gave it 2 stars in hopes if we play it long enough she will get past home row. She wanted to save Daisy.

I was hoping more for a program that dropped letters in Disney fashion. I am trying to teach an autistic 9 year old. She has a hard time writing her letters so this was our next method. Most of the introduction kept her involved but we are looking for "hunt and peck" to begin with. Hand placement will come later. For the money I expected more.

There are only so many ways to make learning typing fun. These programs are great. I’ve used both for my daughter. We only just begun but both are very similar. Games and lessons are easy to access. For installation- Follow the directions!! I’m very tech savvy and I tried to short cut my way through and it only caused problems. Follow the directions give to Run D:/Setup and it will be smooth sailing. I have had no problems since except that the screen is small on my resolution. It is an easy fix by just using my windows zoom Feature to 175%.

My girls loved this. They all were fluent typers by the fourth grade. The older ones come back and redo the adventures just for fun every now and then. It comes with two cd’s: Non-Disney and Disney related adventures. We’ve done both, and the girls liked the Disney one a bit better, mostly for the graphics and drawing aspect of the characters and setting. We’ve been through 3 of these, mostly because they have been misplaced over the years. This is our third, bought used, and it was as good as new.

I love that it's simple, yet still fun for my young kids to use. I also love that they can't access the games until they have 90% proficiency on each lesson. Once they have mastered each lesson you can raise the bar from easy to not so easy. A little old fashioned, but my kids dont know the difference and hey who doesn't love Mickey and the gang?

Bought this for my 9 year old. The Mickey’s typing adventure is more learning, especially in the beginning. It takes a lot of lessons before you can unlock the mini games. My child liked the typing instructor more because it has several games that you can play right away. Both a great instructional tools for typing.

VIRUS detected so security isolated it ! On top of it not working and having a virus, to return it I must do it today,,,the same say I received it according to the return!

Got it for my 8 yr old granddaughter who loves it. Only been using it couple days but so far its great.

Installed on 2 different computers. A desktop and a laptop. Program freezes in the same spot and the screen goes black. Have to close and reopen the program to get it to work again.
