Can you name any cons? And how do you like the leg extension portion?

The leg extension is comfortable enough (but using it for hamstring curls is not that great as the way it is done is standing up and doing one leg at a time).

What is the body weight limit, the maximum pounds a person can weigh ?

Officially, 300 pounds plus you’re not supposed to go above setting 14 (which is 140% of your weight; only goes to 15) unless you’re 250 or less. I’m sure it’s over engineeered however and would easily handle a bit more than 300. Maybe keep to a maximum of one lower setting for each 50 pounds over 300.

What is the overall weight of this machine when fully assembled?

I think around 250#s They list the weight on the Inspire site.

how does this bl1 machine differ from the m1 inspire machine?

Hola: I get the bl1 in a very good price save $400 difference. No weight racks is silence you use you own weight. I love the resistance with your own weight. Go an try in a local dealer .
