I love this stuff! It has a solid grape flavor and is very hydrating with the amount of water you wish to put in it. I usually put in twice the amount of water recommended.Because this stuff can be hard on your kidneys.

Bought these to compare with Pedialyte. Taste and work just as well. I drink electrolytes every day, so they're more cost effective. Hydration and energy.

Ok product, depends what you are looking for
For everyday hydration, this is a lower-cost alternative to pedialyte products. Do not like the artificial sweeteners (suralose and acesulfame potassium). If you are a heavy sweater/endurance athlete there are MUCH better products out there.
